My experience with The Warehouse Pinellas Park has been a NIGHTMARE! I do not recommend doing business with them. 5/17/2020 I arrived at the store because I had seen an ad for kitchen cabinets online. I was newly under contract on a home I am currently renovating. Upon being greeted I asked for the cabinet designer the salesman looked at the owner and said I don't know where the f**k he is. I should have known then. I just wanted to get a rough idea of cabinet prices for a small kitchen. I didn't have exact measurements but we were able to put a quote together totaling around $2,000. I informed the cabinet designer Logan I would be returning in a couple weeks to finalize the design and order the product. Sunday 6/14/2020: Having now closed on my property I returned to the warehouse to meet with Logan and finalize the design. We changed some parts of the kitchen design and the new total was around $3,000. I was told the cabinets were coming from Tampa and would be in the next day Monday the 15th. I asked Logan to hold the cabinets to that Friday the 19th because I would be off that day and able to pick them up. Friday 6/19/2020: I texted Logan the cabinet designer and let him know I was planning on picking up the cabinets that day. So, I rented a truck and headed to the warehouse. When I arrived, I was told the cabinets were not there because they were "recalled". In the entire week that the cabinets were supposed to be at the warehouse no one called me to let me know about any of the issues getting the cabinets. Thankfully I didn't need them that day and was told they would be in by the next Friday the 26th Friday 6/26/2020: My dad and I picked up the cabinets from Logan. I was assured all the product was there. We transported the cabinets to my house in St. Pete. Saturday 6/27/2020: We started to assemble the cabinets and quickly realized we were missing multiple cabinets. I called the warehouse to let them know and spoke with the owner. He told me it was "no big deal". Let me assure you when you are renovating a home and on a tight schedule not having cabinets is a BIG DEAL! He asked me to come in the next day Sunday at 10 am when they opened. Sunday 6/28/2020: I arrived at the warehouse with my Dad ready to fix the situation and was greeted by Logan with an attitude and very rude demeanor. We finally realized that Logan had ordered the wrong kitchen and we were missing OVER $1,000 worth of product. Thankfully the owner stepped in and tried to help resolve the issue. We were told the cabinets were going to be in the next day and that Logan would be FIRED! We are still missing cabinets and Logan has not been fired so I want to make sure that no one else EVER has to deal with the nightmare that this poor excuse for a business is. Avoid at all costs! I recently had The Warehouse build and install a full kitchen and while the price was attractive, I got what I paid for. My first pass at this review and all of the things that went wrong exceeded google's character limits. That's how bad it was. In short, this experience came down to several factors: Inconsistent/lack of communication from the designer, terrible cabinet construction workmanship and undermanned/poor quality installation (my designer was proud to tell me that they fired my installer, but I had to wait several more weeks before all of my installation errors could be fixed). The owner (Don) is a nice man but didn't offer any sort of relief. He's fully aware that the customer (me) had to help unload the trailer of cabinets (despite being $200) charged for delivery) and assisted the sole installer with the installation! He's aware of the designer's lack of communication, organizational skills non-proactive demeanor resulted in multiple missed appointments and additional hard costs to us. It's a great concept -- nice looking cabinets at an attractive price, but if The Warehouse touches any part of your project, expect it to be done late, constructed and installed poorly and be ready to lend a significant helping hand even if you pay someone else for the "work". Buyer beware. read more

I am updating my review for the Warehouse location in Pinellas Park. It has been a month now and Logan still has not sent the necessary touch up paint. I had to call the Orlando location to go around Logan to get the missing cabinet doors. The staff in Orlando was extremely helpful and quick to respond. They even followed up with Logan to ensure the touch paint was ordered and being sent out. He confirmed he had it on his desk, yet it is approximately 2 weeks later and nothing. We have sent him numerous text messages and he is playing a game to avoid us at this point. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS LOCATION as you will regret it. read more

My wife and I did our homework, shopped different cabinet sources in the Clearwater - Tampa area, to get an idea of our options for renovating the kitchen in our condo. The most knowledgeable and helpful source was Clint at The Warehouse. We started the process at the Tampa store and followed Clint to the Pinellas Park location. We got quotes from three other sources and the quality and pricing at The Warehouse could not be beat. Clint was extremely patient with us through our design and his suggestions were always on point. Our installer said that the cabinets were very well made - 3/4" plywood throughout and dove tail joints on the drawers. He had never installed the Warehouse cabinets before and was very impressed. Needless to say, our kitchen turned out perfect and we owe it all to Clint's design skills and the staff at the Warehouse. We also got a great deal on a bathroom vanity, lighting and faucets as well. I highly recommend Clint and this store for anything you might need to renovate your home. read more
