A few days before my quoted ship date I contacted traditions to check-in and they informed my ship date was actually delayed by 3 months due to a misunderstanding on their end with the vendor. Had I simply ordered online through the manufacturer, I would've already received my order. I canceled my order and received a refund without issue. I placed an order directly with the manufacturer for a slightly lower price and faster delivery than they quoted. I can't speak to their design services. I suspect this business isn't really meant for my budget (~$3-$5K for outdoor furniture) and more for whole home custom furniture/design purchases with $50k+ budgets.

I had a specific pan style in mind that I was not able to find online from Nordic Ware at the time of shopping and was actually able to purchase it at the outlet! If you don't mind looking through inventory while shopping there is a fair amount that are a good price. Even the pans that had deformities were in pretty solid condition. The staff was helpful and provided information regarding best type of care of the pans and how to cook with their cookware. I love that Nordic Ware is an American made brand that makes high quality bakeware. If I am in the area and in need of cook ware I would definitely come again.

Here's a helpful hint for if you shop in this area: the uglier pans are apparently the ones for industrial use, meaning they are not pretty on the outside but the interior is triple-coated and will last a lot longer because they are designed for heavy use. Now, with all the goods in this section, you have to look carefully for scratches and dings, but I found things in good condition that were about $20 less than their 'pretty' counterparts across the room. The factory store doesn't sell goods online. They are all about the treasure hunt mentality. I certainly found some treasures!

I walked in and was the only customer in the store. There were a couple of young female staff members behind the counter. One said hi to me. They continued to chat for a bit. This store has many Squishmallows. I was in heaven! One of the female staffers let me know that if I buy an item, I get the second at 50% off in the store. I ended up getting two 5" Squishmallows (Vera and Keroppi) and two small ones on clips. The latter ones ended up being 50% off. Yay! I also got a couple of Pusheen pens. Each one has ten different ink colours. I had a few of these multicoloured pens as a kid, but they were always humungous. These ones fit nicely in a purse or backpack, and they work! I paid with a credit card. I also gave the staffers my e-mail address associated with my Claire's rewards. All was great. They put my goodies in a bag.
