I don't know if they're understaffed or what, but the level of service is just not what I need. I have plantar fasciatis and also tend to twist my ankles while I run. I need someone knowledgeable to watch my gait with a new shoe and make expert recommendations. This place used to do that and more, but now the employees just ask for your shoe size, bring some options, and then leave you to fend for yourself. I didn't think the selection or prices have changed, so if you know for sure what shoe you want and don't need assistance, I'm sure you'll still get what you need. But if you're looking for thoughtful service, it's unfortunately not going to be found here.

When I received the shoes, they were too big, so I went to the store to return them. We drove over 40 minutes to make the return and check again for a different pair that might work only to be told that they do not do in store returns for shoes that they don't have in stock in the store. I've never had that issue and even online it says that you can bring to any store to return for free.

I didn't want to pay $10 shipping and saw we had a store about 15 miles from home. I placed an online order to pick up in store and I was amazed how amazing this store was. It's like a Marshalls/TJ max but way more stocked and larger. I love TJ Max and marshalls but it is slim pickings. I spent $140 when I just planned to pick up my online order lol.
