This is a…read moregreat shop for lifted trucks, they are able to change out parts on my aftermarket suspension lift, which break a lot if you know what I'm talking about... Drop it off and tell them to fix it all, and they will only fix what's really broken and not take you for a ride. In general, my repairs from here are done on time and for a good price. Support your neighbors, give them feedback when you are not happy, and they will get better.

We purchased a used pick up truck, beautiful to look at, great tires, drove well, we thought we had made a great purchase again. Less than 60 days later we started to experience issues with hesitation when accelerating. We took it back and were told they thought it was a transmission so we would need to take it to the approved transm. shop for the warranty but, they could not take it in to look at it for 30 days! So we took it to another shop who scoped it and could not find the issue. We took it in for an oil change and a transmission flush and learned the fluid was dark black when checked - both transmission shops agreed that the fluid did not turn that color in the short time we had it and it was like that at purchase so this was not checked before they sold us the truck, or was and ignored. We then had the differential fluids changed and learned both were full with metal shavings. Again both shops confirmed this was not something that would have happened overnight. In the end we have had to have a brand new transmission installed and despite the extended warranty we purchased we are now out another $2700 in costs, not to mention the lost income from the loss of use. We did reach out for help with Woods to see if they would at least provide us with a loaner, to no avail. We were basically told we were on our own, though we agree they had no obligation to us...but given we were repeat customers for one, and just for overall good customer service given they sold us a $32,000 vehicle with serious issues, we would have expected much more from them. Needless to say we will not be a repeat customer again. Very very dissappointed.

Sat for another 45 minutes and was asked to go get it cut some where else. And bring it back to get programmed. But first they had to redo my bill and only charge for the key and the cut they did that didn't work. Now I have to go back in ten days next available appointment to get it programmed. Over 3 hours so far and I still have to go back to Belleville to get 1 key made.

I called CAA, which considered it an emergency and said that a truck was on its way and should arrive within 30 minutes. Then I received a text message saying that the truck would arrive in two hours. The two hours passed, and I got a call from CAA saying that the driver had refused the call and that we should call 911. Anyhow, I called 911 to report our emergency, and Joe from Wards Towing arrived in less than 30 minutes. My family was so happy to see Joe, as the night was cold and there was no heat from the engine. He took our vehicle to a shop in Kingston and stayed with us until we found suitable shelter. By that time, it was 4:00 a.m. Joe treated us like family, and we truly appreciate it.
