Three days before my graduation, I brought in a brand-new white Donna Karan dress that I had purchased only two days earlier. The dress had never been worn. The only issue was that it had gotten wet during delivery and developed a few yellow water stains. Before leaving the dress, I specifically asked whether the stains could be removed. I explained that the dress was for my graduation and that I needed it back quickly. I was clearly told that the stains could be treated and that the dress could be properly cleaned and pressed. Based on that assurance, I trusted them with an important garment for one of the most special days of my life and paid for expedited service. While the dress was returned on time, the actual service was a complete failure. The stains were still there. In fact, the dress looked just as bad, if not worse, than when I brought it in. When I got ready for my graduation and took a closer look, I realized the dress was not wearable. At that point, it was too late to find another solution. What makes this even more frustrating is that this review is not about the $22 charge. It is about trust. If the stains could not be removed, I should have been told that from the beginning. Instead, they accepted the dress, assured me the work could be done, charged me for the service, and returned it without fixing the problem. To make matters worse, they also removed the original Donna Karan tag from the dress and did not reattach it or return it to me. This was a brand-new designer dress, and there was absolutely no reason for the tag to be removed without my permission. The final disappointment came when I called to express my concerns. The person who answered the phone identified herself as the manager and was extremely rude, dismissive, and completely uninterested in taking responsibility for what happened. There was no apology, no attempt to understand the situation, and no effort to make things right. This business did not simply fail to clean a dress. They ruined an important moment that I can never get back. A graduation only happens once, and because of their poor workmanship, lack of transparency, and terrible customer service, I was left stressed and disappointed right before a milestone event in my life. Please read the reviews carefully before trusting this business with any important garment, especially a new or special-occasion item. I will be attaching photos so others can judge the quality of the work for themselves.

Because of the first great experience, we decided to bring in our jackets and coats with leather for dry cleaning for the first time. We were charged a great price and I was very impress. A few days after receiving the pieces back to the cleaners, I decided I'll wear one of the coats to dinner in the city. On my way to dinner, I couldn't help but noticed a few torn marks on the left wrist area of the coat which looking closely similar to razor marks. My first reaction? I freaked out of course and started looking for any other torn marks. I found the same razor torn marks on the right hand. Now my body is boiling because I went from freaking out to what the fuck! I am sure those who likes nice things like myself, cherish and takes care of what we have. The coats are not just any coat, it's more of an investment. AND when you receive a coat that you expected to get back in the same condition when you had originally dropped it off especially from a company you trusted. However, it gets even better. I got home and closely examine the rest of the coats I dropped off. I found the same razor cut marks on my other coat, but on the trim of the pockets. I def went back to Professional Touch and approach Mario about my complaints and these are the exact responses I got back: Mario: "This is worn out" Me: How so? The same exact razor cut marks are on the other arm. And on the pocket of the other coat. What are the chances of it's happening at three different areas on two separate coats. Mario: "this is not leather, it's plastic" Me: the label says leather, this is a 700$ coat. Why would I pay 700$ for plastic. The fact of the matter is that I never got an apology, and he tried to insult my intelligence as if I can't tell the difference between plastic and leather. He continued to try and justify the damages when clearly, it was their fault. Someone there deliberately used a Brillo pad to clean my leather coats or there is a very unhappy employee working there. In addition, I never got offered a refund, but I did get an offer to "patch" it up. Lol. Great job for the customer service. Next stop: Better Business Bureau.

Sorry, we can't make that happen on the same day." On The Spot Dry Cleaners popped up next so I gave them a call & Barbara answered the phone. I explained what I needed done & the urgency on how I needed it done the same day because I need to wear them for work tomorrow morning & she said, "come on in, let's see what's going on." When I arrived, she assured me that they can work on my pants & finish them by end of day & they DID! I dropped off my pants at 9am & Barbra updated me throughout the day by contacting me on my cellphone when they were almost done & done. She also gave me the option to either pick them up myself or she can have them delivered to my home... ON THE SAME DAY! Wow. What cleaners does that?!
