Yeah!!!!!! Finally I don't have to go to Bellevue to visit Uniqlo. So finally got a chance to visit this place. Looks just the same and they have pretty much 90% the same stuff as the Bellevue store. Its two floors. The store is some what crammed. Lots of people inside.

We can't visit Japan right now but we can visit our Uniqlo! Love the organization and colour organization in the store. They just expanded and maybe I'd never noticed before but if you're looking for a huge variety of colourful socks this is the place to be! The colourful sock section is only in the "mens" section right now. The ladies sock selection was pretty sad only being 1/10 the guys side. But I still found what I wanted for me. So I guess Uniqlo knows their audience! So when you don't think anyone will notice your socks...they will!

You get what you pay for and a store policy stacked against the buyer from the get-go. Once you wash it, it doesnt matter if there is a defect in material (in our case) or a defect in workmanship. THANK YOU SO MUCH MR HANADA, for your canned regurgitation of your company policy. Purchased a pair of jogger slacks for my son (among other items) on 3.23.18. While wearing them, he accidentally splashed his bottled water on them. Washed them like any patent does and hang dry them. The results? Water stains down the pant legs. Wash them again, this time by hand with zero. End results- the same. Simple water stains wont come out. Call into Uniqlo, and speak to a CS rep, explained and them wait 10min to speak to Mr Hanada, the manager. His reply (canned response), "company policy, no returns after it has been washed..... regardless of defective material problem/ damage or not. We stand by our policy." All we wanted was an exchange for another pair. NEVER Again from is stacked against the customer store policy. May the forces of ying/yang be with you Hanada.

Even though it's a bit more than Asia---especially the taxes---nice to have one here so now I don't need to take orders for friends & family. Center glass showcase is slick. Only sucky thing is cashier just on ground level. Shenzhen is even bigger & busier.

Squint and you just might see the XX eyes.

Karin introduced himself to my fiance only, shook his hand, and abruptly turned around to lead us towards the back of the store. My fiance said, "This is Selena." Karin replied, "Yep!" and continued walking without turning around. I responded audibly with, "...Okay?" No response. It was quite audible, since I was feeling irritated. When we reached the back of the store, Karin pulled 1 chair out, motioned for my fiance to sit, and said that someone will be with us shortly. He never made eye contact with me. I later noticed that he was walking around eating a celery stick, then sat down in a chair to watch the TV they had mounted on the wall. The person who helped us in the back was sweet, but also quite timid, so I didn't think it would be valuable to vent about Karin to her. I sent an email to their customer service instead. My fiance wanted my opinion before moving forward with his suit rentals, especially since he doesn't know what colour my wedding dress is and I want the suits to complement it. You can imagine what my firm decision was after that experience.
