The saleswomen were really nice and helped me find a cool ornament to take home. Some of the prices are a little high. I fell in love with a pair of earrings but they were $42. That's just not in the budget on the tail end of a trip. Also pay attention to the price tags because they may not match what's in the computer system. It was cool to see pottery made by an artist that we bought from probably twenty years ago on a family trip. My husband remarked, "Holy cow - that plate (serving dish) is over a hundred bucks!" which made my jaw drop because my mother bought a complete set of the stuff years ago. I can attest to it's durability, though. She still has the entire set and uses it often and I have some bowls that have survived umpteen moves. Of course I can't read the name of the artist so this part of the review is basically a trip down memory lane for me and useless for any reader. Sorry about that! Let's just say that Montana pottery is really durable and try to get this train back on the track... There is an ice cream shop in the back and a mailing center back there, too, if you want to send any gifts home. This was a great stop for some take home treats and well worth the stop!

She was warm and friendly and helped make a difficult time (Celebration of Life for a dear friend) easier by creating gorgeous flowers to highlight the urn. I have ordered and enjoyed flowers hundreds of times over the years and I have NEVER seen flowers so beautifully, perfectly done. They captured the essence of my friend perfectly. I was worried that the note would not be transcribed properly over the phone, so I asked if I could send a text to the florist to make sure it was typed correct. The person on the phone said they could not accommodate that and I must provide the text verbally over the phone. As I started to recite the note over the phone, the person was obviously struggling to get my note correct. She said that she was a florist and not a typist. I wish this person understood that the note is just as important as the floral arrangement. They owe it to their customers to get things like condolence notes 100% right.

I wanted her to order a basket of chocolates for the nursing home where my dad was a resident before passing recently. She told me she had never done such a thing and complained she would have to go out shopping to buy chocolates to put in a basket (mind you, there is a picture of chocolate baskets on their website). She even made a comment that she "cannot make anything on this item". Seriously? Who says that to a customer? Of course she made a profit! Thanks to her rotten attitude, I finally asked her if she wanted my business. I told her I was going to the rest home the next day to see it in the hopes that would prompt her to make up a nice basket. I did and the basket was adequate but again, she certainly made money on the transaction. If someone came into my establishment and told me their father had just passed away, I would at least show some compassion. She has zero compassion and zero customer service skills.
