Six of us smashed into this place around 7 AM kicking up a huge raucous and the staff here, especially the checker, remained calm and friendly. The food is decent coffee shop offerings. Most of us ordered the breakfast burritos and they were better than McDonald's which was pretty much the only other option. 1st time trip at this particular city brew. We ordered one hot drink and one cold. The hot drink was fine. The cold did not come w the Carmel drizzle or the cold foam that we had ordered. I had mentioned it to the window clerk. She corrected that for us. When we drove off and back on the highway, we took a drink it it was purely milk and creamer. NO COFFEE what's so ever. The hot coffee was fine the cold coffee was Coffee-less. Was such a disappointment. read more

We came in 1:00 pm 8/3/2025. Had 6 special coffees. No one would take our order. When asked if they were a taking walk in orders or just drive thrus. Was told they were not taking orders at that time. We were not the only ones to walk out after waiting for someone to acknowledge we were there. read more

I ordered the peanut butter chocolate ice blended coffee but they were out of chocolate so I got vanilla peanut butter which wasn't as bad as I anticipated but I wish I'd been guided to something tastier. The burritos are ridiculously overpriced for both their taste and size. Coffee was fresh but it wasn't very strong. Other than that, the lady that took the order was very nice and cheerful but I will not be wasting my money on this place again. read more

I've recently decided to try drinking coffee (at 71 it's about time don'tcha think?) On my way to City Brew I thought I'd try a hazelenut coffee and upon arrival was pleasantly surprised to discover they serve it. I settled on a hazelnut "burned coffee" with a short splash of cream. Got a huckleberry white mocha. There were white specs in it, most of the white chocolate was at the bottom... there was also coffee grounds at the bottom. They are filling the ground to full or not tamping it hard enough. Service was great, very nice and polite. read more

Horrible customer service. Stood inside for 5 minutes before anyone acknowledge me. Then they asked if I had I mask, I said no I have a medical condition. They said they couldn't serve me without one. Excuse me but your wearing one and are behind a counter with plexiglass. I'm no where near breathing on you. Just super rude about it. Three people in there and it takes 5-10 mins to get coffee. Very slow. read more

The second I walked in the door I was screamed at. I had my shirt covering my face per the governors directive of "face covering". A young barista with colored hair began to scream at me and told me that I needed a mask. She yelled so loud that the majority of the people inside stopped talking amongst themselves and began to stare. I was shocked and embarrassed. I asked for a mask and was provided one. The entire time that I ordered, that same barista gave me dirty looks. The chairs and tables that could not be used were either blocked off or zip tied. I chose a chair that was not zip tied and I sat down. A friend was sitting 6 feet away at an open chair. A different barista came up and informed me that I could not sit down in that chair and that I had to move. She pointed to the chair EXACTLY next to where I was sitting and she had me get up. Meanwhile, there are full tables of people sitting next to each other throughout the room. I understand the panic associated with this "pandemic". However, I was treated so poorly that I will never return to this establishment again. I will take my daily coffee business elsewhere. read more

Nope.  No more.  For the last time I have placed an order with a City Brew clerk who does not recognize the names of standard coffee drinks.  For the last time I have been served the wrong order at City Brew, even after having the order repeated back to me correctly. Best coffee for miles! Pumpkin Spice Latte was perfectly spiced and not too sweet. My friend had the pumpkin roll and said it was delicious. I had a breakfast sandwich with egg, bacon, and gouda which hit the spot on a chilly morning. Excellent variety of food, including wraps, scones, and muffins. They replaced my coffee with cream from behind counter where they made it. No one came to replace cream pitcher at the self serve counter. Very frustrated with this location. We were desperately seeking a good cup of coffee and discovered city brew, which typically is really great both product quality wise and customer service wise. Not this location. I had to start my order over three different times as the gal taking our order kept interrupting me and asking me questions that did not even pertain to the drink. Finally I started over a third time. Then I get to my drink. I order it to be made with oat milk. Well. The flavor was correct but the milk was 2%. So they remake it. Well this time they give it to me with huckleberry flavoring in it. I hate huckleberry flavoring. If I wanted huckleberry I'd have very specifically asked for it. I expected white chocolate and pecan of some sort but I got white chocolate and huckleberry. No thank you. Will not recommend. The gal was rude. I am the most understanding and patient person in these situations as I've been there and I see how difficult it has been for everyone during this pandemic. I get it completely. Nice facility. The staff was not nearly as friendly as the staff who work at the Bozeman City Brews. I ordered the dubliner (a new drink on the menu). I will never order this carbonated cold brew again. It left a bad after taste and just not my type of coffee. read more

This is honestly one of the worst coffee places ever. The employees were so rude and had a lot of attitude. All I ordered was ham and cheese croissant and a horchata frappe which took 20 minutes to make, and the croissant was just a loaf of bread. Went in Sat night after a long drive from Canada. Bought Mochas and pkg of coffee beans. The coffee was delicious. Went back in Sunday morning to get a coffee before hitting the road to drive rest of the way home. My husband and I were the only ones in there. I saw the young gal that did not even wait on us tell the manager "those people are weird". The other gal said "what"?..then she looked at me and said "never mind, tell you later". So, I asked her what's so weird with us...she walked off, knowingly embarrassed she got caught speaking about the patrons like that. We are normal folks, dressed normal, good appearance, do not know why she would say something like that unless it's just because she is young. They should not keep help around that will cost them customers. We won't go back...we go thru that town a lot.... read more

I usually love city Brew go there all the time, but today when I went I checked the website and it said opened I decided to go get a coffee at 5:15 and not only were they not opened the girl who opened the drive through window shut it on me in mid sentenced and walked away....super disappointed because not only was the website wrong this girl was so rude and inconsiderate (which happens often with this one particular girl) and this is not the city brew that I love read more
