But do to my car being a midsize vehicle (Tesla Model Y), there was a $10 charge. And then there is a $3 fee for credit card charges. In my opinion, it's a pretty good deal. They do a good job. And they work all day. They deserve what they charge. If you're looking for TOP notch detailing, they may provide other services for a deeper clean. But this would be ideal for a once or twice a month service, because drive through car washes don't do much in my opinion. Plus, hand drying it and vacuuming on my own, isn't really worth the time and effort. Especially in comparison to a nice "self service" car wash. Most of them charge between $10-$20 dollars anyway. I might as well pay other people to do it. They work hard. Do a good job. They're pretty honest about their pricing.

There's an employee named Jackson who has shown me nothing but unprofessionalism on more than one occasion. A while back he mishandled my membership and I ended up being charged double. I let it go, thinking mistakes happen, but now it's clear it wasn't just a one time slip up. Today I pulled in and noticed Jackson parked his personal car in a stall meant for paying customers. When I brought it up respectfully, his response was rude, unnecessary, and flat-out disrespectful. That's not how you talk to someone who supports the business and pays for service. What makes it worse is that there are employees like Julian who represent Sparkle the right way. Julian has always had great customer service professional, respectful, and consistent. So I know it's not the company itself that's the problem, it's the fact that Jackson feels untouchable enough to treat customers however he wants. If management values their brand, they'll address this quickly. It's embarrassing to see someone like that wearing your logo and pushing away paying customers while people like Julian are out here actually making the place look good.

Christian came out and did a great job. My interior was already fairly clean, but he made it pristine, even getting the small dirt spots by the driver's seat that others usually miss. He also managed to remove a small stain from my back seat. My car exterior was pretty dirty since it had recently rained and it's always parked outside. There were also a lot of bird droppings from the pigeons nearby, but he got all of it removed and the car was left shining. My tires were gleaming too. Overall, super happy with the service!

They are very detailed and thorough when cleaning your car…read more I got here at 8:30 am, and I was third in line. For my light SUV, they charged $40 for inside and outside. I do wish they had some kind of sign with their prices somewhere. I looked all over and walked around the gas station while waiting to look for one but didn't see one. The only sign I saw was an early bird special on weekdays, 7 AM - 9 AM which price starts at $12.99, facing the corner street. I do feel bad because there's only one lady hand-washing all the vehicles as you just sit in your car and awkwardly watch her wash your car. She cleans everything and uses sprays for bugs on the front of your car and a step stool to get your roof. After she washes your car, she'll have you drive forward after she turns on the air drying machine, wipes your car down a little bit, and moves you to a spot outside. After that, you can either wait in your car with the AC on or wait outside in some shade. I looked back, and there was a line of 7 cars waiting to get their car washed, so they do get busy. I was waiting for them to work on my car, so I went inside to the gas station and got a drink. They do need your car keys when you step out and wait for them to dry/vacuum your car. After a while, they got to my car; they are very detailed on drying and cleaning the car. They take your all-weather floor mats and spray them down with water. Vacuum the whole interior, including the trunk and under the mats. Clean the interior, seats, dash, windows, re-spray the outside with a chemical to remove water stains, roof, and clean your rims. After they're done, one of the employees will raise his hand near your vehicle to let you know it's ready. They accept either cash or card. I asked which they prefer, and he said it doesn't matter. So I paid with a card but gave a cash tip. All in all, it did take about an hour for my car to be cleaned. So if you're in a hurry might want to look elsewhere. I left their parking lot at 9:30 am.

I was almost tempted to check my security cameras later because I swear they must have pulled up and synchronized their watches, standing patiently at my door for the clock to strike 9.
