This man I watched the magic come through his fingers and take all the dirt off and replace it with a shine that I never knew a car could possess. It has been two weeks since this gentleman cleaned my car and it still looks beautiful. In this day and age let's celebrate change and community together. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR CAR!!!! We were in a pinch yesterday and called Lavish to detail our car. They had a pretty decent rate, a little lower than others, which was a plus for us. After they finished, I briefly inspected the car and found the seats to still be wet (not just a little damp but WET). I was told by the owner they would eventually dry so I wasn't too concerned. Ready to leave for work this morning and our "check engine" light is on suddenly and there is water condensation on all of the inside windows (see attached pics). The seats are still WET. The car then BREAKS DOWN due to a mysterious electrical issue 5 minutes later. We own a brand new car, 2020 edition, and was running beautifully before they serviced it. We're now taking it to the dealership to be inspected. Thankfully, some of the electronics on the inside are starting to work... Finding food particles still stuck in our window was the icing on the cake for u The owner refuses to refund us. Do yourself a favor, spend the extra $50 and go to a professional. After two days of no shows to wash our two cars my recommendation to the business owner is to always under promise and over deliver. If you're booked, cool, no problem, just say so. We would have made other plans. There's nothing worse than over promising and under delivering. We booked for Saturday afternoon, no show. We booked for Sunday afternoon, no show. We are both employed full time and have kids and made arrangements both days to be home and available. Supporting small businesses is so important to our household, but this business no matter the size failed us and I'm jealous that everybody else on here got great work and we got stood up. There are few times where I let my feelings override my actions. But I would like to warn anyone trying to get a detail, please look somewhere else. The person I had talked to was super unprofessional. Many spelling errors and mistakes and seemed like he was unsure of his craft. I had an appointment today at 9 AM, and there was a no-show. No contact, not anything. He confirmed yesterday and never sent another text. Sad, because I was really looking forward to it and now it ruins my schedule for today. Very professional! Arrived at my office this morning and washed, waxed and detailed my car! Did an amazing job!

I made an appointment with another detailer..... he cancelled, so I reached out to lavish auto detailing to see if they could come that day before 5pm. He said it was his birthday, but he could do it. I reiterated that I needed to leave by 5 and if he couldn't do it by then, no problem, but I needed to know ASAP so I could make other arrangements. He said 3:30.... but wasn't showing up, I asked if they were going to make it and they said 15 min. 30 more minutes passed and I was about to just walk out to wash the car myself when they showed up. I said again that I needed to leave by 5 and they insisted that they could get the job done in 35 min. Well they worked until 10 min after 5 and the car LOOKED good. Clean, smelled clean. I paid them 100 for the detail and 50 dollars for tip. I've been trying to tip all service workers well during this quarantine as we are in the service industry too. Well, when we got into our car it was very wet. Our clothes were soaked. I had to go get towels. I left the windows down (even though they didn't tell me to do that) next day the floors and seats were still wet. The day after that it started to smell a little, the next day the smell was awful. I messaged lavish auto and before apologizing or taking any responsibility he said "why didn't you tell me sooner". He said he could come spray a smell to fix it but he was leaving the state that day. At this point.... I am annoyed that I paid very well for a crappy job.... I felt like not only was he not sorry, he tried to make me feel like the shitty smell was my fault. I didn't want him to come "spray" over the mildew smell. I didn't want him coming back to my house to be honest. After more arguments (that are all documented and I don't mind sharing) and being called childish.... I asked for 30 dollars back. He quoted me 100. I paid 150. So I think asking for only 30 back was more than fair. After speaking to a couple of other detailers in Vegas, it is clear to me that he made a mistake with my car, not extracting properly. I don't make bad reviews like this lightly.... but I feel like I needed to stand up for myself. read more

Safe yourself the hassle & look else where this is definitely not worth the money...half a** work. How can you forget to clean windows not one window was clean didn't even lather my vehicle in soap.
