Spencer and his team responded in an under an hour to my call. They showed me what had messed up, fixed it, lubricated the door and we out under an hour. I believe the tech's name was Matt - he had to call in Spencer because of his extensive experience. But they made really quick work of it and we were back in business. I have used Mehr's three times over the years and have always been blown away by the speed in showing up, their ability to fix the issue quickly and having nothing but positive and enthusiastic people.
