The mgr that answered the phone sent me the form to review and requested 50% deposit upfront before scheduling. I paid the 50% and was under the impression it was for my single all over color, and cut, style which is on the quote.  When I got there the stylist said the haircut wasn't added and it would be 330.00 total. I said that's not what your mgr said I walked up to the manager and explained that she herself took my reservation over the phone and sent me the form with the haircut quoting the haircut included. She basically said that the increase would be the price and that I can't get my deposit back, so therefore I had to pay to get my hair done. The stylist did not honor my request that I wanted to keep my length, I told her to cut my dead ends and to give me long layers not to do anything drastic. My hair is now shorter, she cut more than the dead ends and was not cut professionally colored properly with the  colors I selected. I'm very disappointed in my hair it has frizz , flyaways everywhere. The color looks faded, the stylist never showed me the color wheel of what she was mixing, I showed her on my phone several inspiration pictures it was supposed to be darkest brown/black it's more red toned. She never used a curling wand only the blow dryer and brush. This salon should have been transparent about pricing and honored their quote. The salon needs to listen to their clients and not dismiss them when they are trusting them with their hair. Our 29th wedding anniversary was the next day, I was very dissatisfied.

Both times, my hair was cut in a hurry. Perhaps the fastest my hair has ever been cut in my 37 years of life. The first time, I was the only one in the salon and there were no appointments after me. My haircut turned out okay, but I almost always think a haircut turns out good or great. I went back again today because I like the Old Town Tomball location. Alas, I was a few minutes late, my fault. Once again, it was a super fast hair cut. It was then I realized: this salon overbooks. They only allow 45 mins for a shampoo, haircut and blow dry. I was promptly kicked out of my chair at 43 mins into the appointment with halfway wet hair. Very bizarre. I guess when I think of the "salon" experience, I don't think of speed. Again, partially my fault this time since I arrived a bit late, but I still think there are major flaws in their scheduling and quality. It's a shame since the location is so good and it's a cute place.

Took my son for the first time today to this "fancy" barbershop for men and boys. It was very clean…read moreinside and the staff was very polite. My son showed the stylist what he wanted and she was very understanding in fact once she was completely done he really was happy with his haircut. I gave four stars because I thought I was paying about $20 for his hair cut and it wound up being more than $30. My son said he believes that it may have been because the stylist asked him if he wanted his head rinsed off which is fine but the stylist should have notified me of the additional cost before I went to check out. He wants to return before school starts so I will be making sure what I am paying for before we leave.

I am a cancer survivor and did not want my hair damaged by chemicals or even to smell them, so Stephanie used mostly organically made products that worked great. About a month later, I told her that my hair had burned because I had a bunch of little broken hairs around the hair line. However, she showed me that it was actually new hair growing in.
