He had just crossed one year old and we just had to go shopping for him! We were going to do it in advance but another option was to find a spot on the way. This outlet place was about 1-1.5 hours out of the way but very doable. It worked out great! We found a baby store, loaded up on baby clothes and toys. We were there around 3-5 in the afternoon. It was an easy in-easy out. The place has so much parking. The layout is a bit weird. Instead of being circular or squared off like most of these places... it seemed like a long line of stores on each side. Not a huge deal but it did seem like more walking than what most of these places provide. They have all the typical stores. We looked around some but were just trying to make it to our destination so we didn't stick around too long.

Tanger Outlets Commerce - Where Reviewers Are Many, But Enforcement Is... Selective…read more As someone who reviews shopping centers often--on both Yelp and Google--I've come to expect a certain level of consistency, especially from a well-established outlet brand like Tanger. Usually, sharing photos and feedback is welcomed. Encouraged, even. At Tanger Locust Grove, I posted a review with photos and was personally thanked by the owner. But at Tanger Commerce, I discovered something quite different. While taking a few standard photos during my visit (like I've done at dozens of malls - some with almost 100k views), I was approached by a security guard, followed from across the complex from Nike to Marshall's, photographed, and informed that photography is prohibited unless I had a press or media pass. When I identified myself as a reviewer, hoping for some clarity or even conversation, I was met with suspicion and stone-faced enforcement. My boss makes me enforce this rule I was told - leaving me wondering who his boss is, as from the owners replies to other posts it clearly isn't them. Here's where it really gets confusing: a multitude of other reviewers--on both Yelp and Google--have uploaded photos of storefronts, interiors, signage, merchandise, and even selfies at this very location. Entire photo carousels exist, ranging from fashion displays to food court visits, without a whisper of consequence. One reviewer even uploaded 14 photos on Google and was publicly thanked by management for their "great review" and "wonderful experience." only a month ago. So I ask: if photos are truly not allowed here, why is enforcement only aimed at some of us? Why the inconsistency? And more importantly--where are the signs? None were visible. No policy posted. Just a sudden switch from shopping to being surveilled. Reviewers, take note: If you're documenting your experience, know that Commerce enforces its "rules" selectively. You may be ignored like the 50 reviewers before you--or you may get followed, photographed, and reminded you're not welcome to record your visit. P.S. - I'm not being paid for my reviews, nor do I have anything to gain from this. I just enjoy helping people find great places to spend their time and hard-earned money. But this place? This wasn't it and recommend it I do not.

There's something that unique in every corner each Booth is owned by a different person. So you're going to find all kinds of cool stuff I actually found a really nice necklace. There's a lot to see in here so take your time. Lots of free parking in the front of the building. In my opinion many of the items here are overpriced but there are deals to be had; just not for what I was shopping for. The sellers would not give me a better deal on the books even though I'm probably the only one in the great state of GA that wanted them. I was actually trying to purchase a third book Beethoven Sonatas Book II, but they wanted nearly $30 for it. I could care less that it was old (vintage), I just wanted the material for study. I can buy the Henle version of this book (best quality of music book made) for the same price this Black Friday, so that was a solid NO for that purchase. Staff were friendly and the store was kept orderly. Items were displayed in a logical manner and I did not have to do a lot of digging to find what I was looking for. There are multiple sellers in the store so you might find something such as sports related items in more than one place so be sure to walk all three floors if you have time. We were in a bit of a hurry so we only had about 30 minutes to shop on this visit. I could have easily looked around for another 30 minutes or more. We snuck in here to look for a snow globe for my daughter she always brings one back home from every place we travel to as a memento of the trip. We hadn't seen one anywhere else so we were sweating it lo and behold on one of the shelves stood the cutest mini snow globe complete with little black bears so stinking adorable and exactly what we were looking for! The shop has a myriad of items ranging from Knickknacks to apparel to toys. On a regular day you could spend a good amount of time in here just looking at all the items on both floors.
