Unfortunately, the conversation didn't feel very helpful or welcoming. When I asked about ceramic tint, I was told I "didn't need it," but when I asked why, the explanation came across more dismissive than educational. The shop may very well do quality work, and I can't speak to their installations, but customer experience matters too. I was told the job would take 3-5 days, but it ended up taking THREE WEEKS with very little communication throughout the process. I had to message him a couple days before my wrap was supposed to be finished, to learn that he hadn't even gotten my vinyl delivered yet! he just had my car sitting outside his shop not touched for about 2 1/2 weeks... I called to ask about picking my car up because It was taking a lot longer than planned and I wasn't expecting the added expense of a longer car rental but he would not let me get my deposit back so I had to just wait for him.. When I finally got my car back, it was obvious that the work had been rushed despite the insane delay. The wrap had torn sections, parts that were overlapped, missing pieces that needed to be put back on my doors/trunk and areas where there was dirt under the wrap. After waiting so long and paying almost 3k I expected far better quality/care for my car. He also somehow broke my driver's side mirror (it doesn't adjust anymore) This entire experience was extremely disappointing, if I could do it over again I would not because it was not worth the stress or headache. I would recommend that this guy gets a booking system to keep his clients in order and to keep him from over booking and wasting people's time.

Luis began text consults with me only a few hours after I solicited bids from him and 4 other detailers. I felt bad hassling him after normal working hours too. But man he gave me a mobile service to our home within 48 hours to search for a dead rodent odor in our car. Previously the Firestone garage searched behind the glove box and couldn't find anything...and recommended going to a body shop for dashboard removal!!!! Luis was amazing!! Began pulling panels and when he was beginning steam carpet cleaning pulled up a section on passenger side and BINGO there it was. About a week dead but can imagine how it'd be smelling as hot summer progressed ??? And the rest of his interior deep cleaning Left our 14 year old ride as clean as driving it off lot.
