I told him I wanted something that would give me privacy, good heat rejection, and that would not obstruct vision at night, with good quality film and Carlos delivered. Initially I requested to be quoted on yelp, no response for a good amount of hours which isn't a big deal since I just decided to call and was able to get my quote quickly over the phone. We were able to set up an appointment and he actually set it at 8:15am because I asked for it to be done soon because of work and he had another client after when he's usually at least I've seen open at 9am which I can appreciate. When I came to the appointment there was a positive and a negative, the positive is he helped me decide on the right tint 5% on back 45 % on front 2 and 70% windshield CXP but there was a spontaneous 60$ increase to my price from 700 to 760$ due to him running out of the tint i was initially going for and switching to CXP which at first I was skeptical but I think the result was worth it and it comes with a *limited* life time warranty. Overall 2 hiccups, it's not a big operation & the guy who helped was very polite and explained things very openly which I can also appreciate, I'm happy with my experience and result and I would definitely recommend this place to the people I know as well as any person reading.

I had an extremely upsetting and disrespectful experience with the owner over the designated…read morehandicap parking space. I was using the handicap parking space because I needed accessible parking, but the owner confronted me and demanded that I move. His reasoning was that it was his property, and he went as far as questioning my condition and saying he did not believe I actually needed handicap parking. A disability does not have to be visible for it to be real. A business owner should not take it upon himself to decide whether someone's medical condition is legitimate or whether they deserve to use accessible parking. Being confronted, questioned, and told to leave a handicap parking space was humiliating and completely unacceptable. People with disabilities deserve dignity and respect--not judgment because they don't "look disabled enough" to someone else. This experience showed me a complete lack of compassion and respect for people who need accessible accommodations. Based on how I was treated, I cannot recommend this business. I would strongly encourage others to consider this experience before choosing to support this establishment.

After one day, the small round crack became more pronounced that I didn't think it would get any bigger, but after only three days it tripled in size and by the fourth day it had a long 5 inch line spreading out of a center. I love my car and I love taking care of it. I'm glad I found this place. It was very quick. I am always busy running errands. These guys didn't waste my time. I highly recommend this place. The price was reasonable enough for a replacement windshield and I actually like this windshield better than the original because it has a tinted bar at the top. Yelp sent the request out to several local companies, and these guys were one of the businesses that responded. They ended up having the best price of the quotes I received, but more importantly, they were responsive and easy to work with from the very beginning. They already had great reviews and were close to where I work, so everything lined up. My schedule changed and I wasn't able to get the windshield done when I originally planned. About a week later, I messaged them basically asking if they could take me on 20 minutes' notice. No problem. They told me to come over, and as soon as I arrived they pulled the truck in and started working. Before installing the windshield, they showed me the glass they had and compared it to what was already on my truck. They actually pointed out the manufacturer marking on my old windshield and explained the differences between the options, including some of the tint and markings around the glass. No upsell or pressure, just making sure I got what I wanted. They told me it would take about an hour, so I brought my laptop and figured I'd catch up on emails while I waited. I don't think it even took 30 minutes. I barely got through what I planned to do before they were finished. Great price, great communication, extremely accommodating, and excellent service from beginning to end. Five stars across the board!
