THIS PLACE IS A GEM!!!!!!!!!!!! I've tried NUMEROUS nail salons in the area over the last year particularly looking for salons that can consistently do nail art which is what I get most of the time -- and Unique Nails has without a doubt the most wonderful and talented artists!! They're very friendly, efficient, and professional. My nails came out looking flawless and I loved the staff and the salon - super clean and tons of options. Making an appointment was a breeze, they were able to get me in the next day over lunch. The pricing is reasonable and they are extremely knowledgeable, providing recommendations on what kind of polish to use, colors, etc. depending on what look and style you want. Cindy and Mariana were so amazing and I'm so happy that I found my go-to place!!

Vince and Cindy are the best!! I have been getting my nails done for decades and I'm so glad that I finally found somewhere that I can trust. I rarely know what I want to get and Vince always delivers. I recently got engaged and Vince took so much care in making sure they were just perfect. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

A friend recommended this nail salon, as she has been a client here for a few years. Cindy did my nails and honestly did the best job I've had done in years. My nails look natural and beautiful. I've struggled to find a nail salon that even knows what a "natural" looking nail shape looks like anymore and Cindy did a fantastic job. It's not a fancy salon, but they do a very nice job.

The woman took their time during the mani pedi. The staff was welcoming and explained all services. I was asked my preference and given options including the nail length and whether I wanted natural or square style nails. Though both I and the staff were in a mask which did get a bit hard to breath after a while they made the experience as pleasurable as possible. The establishment was also well priced, only $30 for the mani pedi. I would recommend anyone in the Roswell area to check this place out!

If you don't know, this is a hidden gem in Roswell. It's based is a very unassuming shopping center that caters to a mostly Hispanic crowd. But if you want AMAZING lashes and brows at a reasonable price, then this is THE spot. I started coming here 2.5 years ago and worked with Ann. She recently opened a 2nd location and has been there full time since. Ask for Van! She is amazing and her work is flawless. She's done my lashes for the better part of a year and also did the microblading for my brows.

My girlfriend who's turning 50 asked me to go with her to her Eyebrow Tattoo session. Yes I said tattooso on the brows. I was skeptical so I was definitely down to witness this procedure. I just thought it was one of her hair brained ideas. She showed me a page on Instagram called @broesbynn Brows by Ann. We went for a 3:00pm appointment on a Sunday all the way on the Northside to Roswell GA. It was a little hard finding the place because we really didn't realize it was a nail salon called Unique Nails. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by Ann who was doing a client's nails. She knew why we were there without us telling her do that was nice. The place is nice. The chandeliers will catch your attention immediately. We were offered water, coke or hot green tea whole we waited. I chose water. They called my friend to the back. She started getting a nervous. Ann calmed her down by simply talking to her. She is extremely easy to talk to. She didn't get tired of the many questions. She was simply great. First she stenciled and drew eyebrows on her face as if she was getting good makeup done. She used a stick of some sort to make sure it was symmetrical. It was beautiful just the way she did it. My friend got what is known as Eyebrow Stroke where she tattoos individual lines that look like hair. Swear to goodness it's hard to tell it's not hair. A numbing cream is used but my friend advised you have to have a high tolerance for pain. I do believe it was worth it because it looks like her whole face bloomed afterwards. I also got my nails done. Check in on Yelp and there is 20% off in nails. Loved the experience.

Excellent experience! I had been following their Instagram and loving the nail pics and had read some great reviews on the Roswell Mom's Facebook page so I called on a Wednesday morning and was able to get in same day. I wasn't sure what I wanted not having done anything to my nails in about 10 months but Vince was really helpful In explaining things and I chose SNS and the pink and red ombré Cindy did is gorgeous! I also had a deluxe pedicure which was super relaxing. I booked my next appointment and can't wait to return.

I went here to get a pedi on a Sunday morning with my friends. There was no wait even though we just walked in. The nail technicians are all very nice and efficient. They make pleasant small talk but let you relax. There are a wide range of colors to choose from and the service is exemplary. I would come here again. read more

I went here for my first SNS and pedi post COVID-19 quarantine and I regret it. I had really high hopes for this place but as I sit and stare at how thick and chunky my nails are, I can't help but think how my regular nail salon would NEVER let me walk out with nails looking like this. Too bad they were booked up for a few days and I had no time this week. Don't get me wrong, the people who work here are very nice and patient and were able to get me in immediately but they were not very knowledgable about making SNS & a tip look natural. I spent almost 4 hours here getting my nails fixed because I wanted the thinner more modern shape to nails, square rounded and there was a color error. The conventional SNS method I am used to was not used here and it shows. I will not discourage you to come here, especially if you love the long chunky square nails as they've got you covered. Also returning clients seemed very satisfied so maybe it was a me thing. Different areas have different nail shape preferences and I guess this is the Roswell style and I prefer the sandy springs style. Their pedicures are ok no major... complaints. *edit 1 day later my toes no longer have gloss or shine to them. I definitely overpaid for the quality I got. All in all, my experience could have been a lot worse hence the 2 star rating but I really, really appreciated the owner (I think) spending time to fix the color, shape and nail errors to the best of her ability during my visit. She didn't get mad initially but very annoyed towards the end as she had been working on my nails forever and rushed to go help other clients. I also shared the same feelings as my nails were getting worse and worse. FYI if you're looking for nails that look like most of the pictures on this yelp, look elsewhere. They just can't deliver. OMGoodness!! Thank Goodness! I have been searching for a nail salon and a nail tech in the Roswell / Alpharetta Area SIX MONTHS! Ladies you know how important it is to have clean manicured nails - well I am no exception! I moved back in December 2016 and it was soooo difficult to drive back to my regular technician, I gave up. I even tried to do my own nails #EpicFail (I was too lazy and too anal) Anyhoo - the young lady that started my nails was doing a good job but when I told her I had a time limit she turns me over to Ann. And OMG^2 she was quick - efficient - knowledgeable - didn't talk to much - interacted with me just enough to make me not mind I was running a little behind on my schedule. Well I'm rambling, take a look for yourself - zoom in - I didn't have time to get a manicure and look how healthy and clean my cuticles look! I want to go back and change color tomorrow just to get a new picture of this fantastic work! If you live or work in this area! Check them out! They are so understaffed, also terrible job done with my nails. And way to expensive for what you are getting. They charged me too "shape my nails" even though my nails are already shaped. AND my nails broke within the week of getting my SNS done. My nails haven't broke in 6 months and now I go stop by here while visiting Roswell and they ruined my nails that I have been growing for so long and taking great care of. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. read more

Jenny did a classic pink acrylic fill set and her technical skills were awesome! Her acrylic lay was so smooth she barely had to use her file. Then topped it off with old school hot towel on my hands. I'm in heaven! Andy took my feet that were badly in need of a pedicure, and made them look brand new! The worst :/ ***the world would be so much better place if we all would simply tolerate and respect one another's culture of difference and ethnic background*** Yaaaa whatever. Blame it on that I guess lol What happened was, the lady said it was okay to use the groupon as many as i can. She told me that on the phone. Clearly. but when I went, they declined. Tomorrow is my bday. Ugh Yes, this my third visit (well i didn't get it done) sucks but the 2nd time sucked too. I didn't post it on my 2nd time because they led me use the Groupon again... and they said i could use it next time too. They said just don't buy it on Groupon cuz Groupon takes 1/2 of the price. Wel ok its business I guess. So the during the second session, their family came into the room while i was getting my eyelashes done, and speak their language. I'm not saying that they can't speak their language. I speak foreign language too. But it just made me uncomfortable because i thought they could be talking bad about me. They stayed for like ten min... awkward lol I MEAN, think about it.....You're laying down eyes closed....They stand around and stare at you... super awkward. I've been to other places but it's usually just 1 on 1. Multiple ppl do not come in and stay. Also on my second session, I don't know how many times she pulled my eyelashes out. Like I don't know why she was doing it, but it was just so painful. The most painful 3hrs!!! The first girl that did mine (she was young and she said she used to work in buckhead salon) and she was the best!!! So nice, and no pain. Plus quick. I don't think they have her anymore... So they said I visited 5 times with Groupon... it was my third time and got declined. Again, when i made the appointment a week ago, the lady said it was okay to use the groupon twice but when I went, she said no. She looked so pissed off and was super rude. I wonder what I did? I feel like they are mistaken with someone else Also, they say they use mink, but its synthetic. When i asked them just to be sure, they got mad. Almost yelled back at me like "IT IS MINK" Adding the pic of comment who feels the same way as me. So now, is she a racist too? read more

Had the most amazing experience here, my nails turned out exactly as I wanted them. Wyn (sorry if I spelled that incorrectly!) the nail technician made sure to treat my nails gently and checked with me throughout to make sure everything was exactly how I wanted it. First off, the place is nice and clean. However; I DID NOT enjoy my time here. When I went in there was no other customers, so I thought it wouldn't take too long. I literally sat there for almost 2 hours just to get marble nails?!! The shape wasn't even good and she just kept filing them down, because she kept messing up to shape. So, my nails went even the length I wanted! The design wasn't even close to what I wanted either!! Despite them being nice doesn't change how I felt about the service of my nails. I wouldn't come again or recommend my friends. read more

This was my first visit. I mentioned that I had a Yelp deal and picked my color. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I was offered a beverage when I sat down. Julie did great job on my pedi, especially with shaping the nails. Can't say how many times other places cut at least one nail slanted. What can I say? I'm particular. And so...I wish the polish was grouped by color to make choosing easier. Also they need bigger/thicker towels so the entire leg/foot is properly wrapped for masks, etc.; got cold too quickly. Bottomline, the pedi was wonderfully relaxing and looks great. I'll return. read more

Absolutely the BEST nail salon experience I've ever had. I'm so impressed with Unique Nail Spa, and I will only be returning here to have my nails taken care of. When I scheduled my appointment through Yelp, I was contacted immediately and set up. I needed to move up my appointment, and they were extremely flexible with that as well. My nail tech was so helpful in getting the right nail color - she even layered one gel on top of the other to get the right opaqueness. No one does that, and she went the extra mile. She was also very honest about adding certain decorations to my nails - ones that would last with the gel, ones that wouldn't. She was incredibly helpful. She also asked if I would review the spa on Yelp, and I was like, "Absolutely!!" It's great that she has pride in her work and her workplace. I can't wait to return. read more

7/28/16 Had my brows permanent shaded by @browsbyann (IG) throughly enjoyed my experience. Entire staff is professional, kind & knowledgeable. I get so many compliments on the brows & having them permanently shaded has shaved 20mins off my makeup routine. Best quality for the most reasonable pricing you'll find in the Roswell/Alpharetta area. This is my 4th time at the salon, and I'm still happy. My 20min drive to get to the salon is worth it. The staff take a lot of pride in their work & are very passionate about having happy customers. Anna is a great leader/owner. Julie is a sweet, personable young lady who cares more about you being happy with her work than about getting you "in & out." I've been to plenty of our fancy salons in the area, only to pay $60 for a sub-par nail job. I'd rather have an awesome manicure/pedicure by passionate nail techs in a typical nail salon environment than go to a glamorous salon that over charges for a poor job. read more

I went to get acrylic coffin nails and by the reviews it looked really good. I don't mind paying an extra 5$ to have them shaped, sure it weird but whatever, if its good, its good right? Wrong lmao. Both my thumbs are square and each finger compared to the other are different shapes. A waste of 40 bucks‍ read more

Got ombre brows March 2017 by student...Ann guaranteed their work......needed a touch up in July.....done by Ann for $100.. brows now faded AGAIN and missing ink...Ann says come back and she'll fix it for $50.... does this mean I have to return every 2 months and pay to get it fixed????? I bought a Groupon for regular mani/pedi here. Service was prompt, and they did my mani and pedi at the same time. I didn't feel rushed and I thought they were doing a good job, but when I got home and looked more closely at my finger nails, I noticed at the filing wasn't very round or even, and the top coat wasn't applied all the way to my cuticle. My pedicure looks good from afar, but if you look closely the top coat on my toes are applied the same way as on my nails. read more

This place is great! I grabbed a mani-pedi Groupon a few months back and honestly wasn't expecting much because it was so cheap, but I was wrong. These ladies are so sweet and really good at what they do. I've been to salons where the workers were careless with clippers and cuticles and I've shied away from mani-pedis mostly because of those horrible experiences. I was so impressed with how gentle these ladies were on my nails! This isn't a fancy salon or anything, so if you want some high end pampering, this isn't the place for you. But they offered me water, got to work, and were very welcoming. I was lucky there was only one other customer there when I went so it wasn't busy. Great value! read more

These guys have redeemed themselves! At first I was having a hard time getting in when I needed to, but now that Van is back that is no longer a problem. Also Van does an AWESOME job with my lashes. She takes her time and is very meticulous. They last longer than they used to as well. I highly recommend Van for lashes!! Good job!! read more

Don't stop here to get nails done or fixed if you are in the area. I had 2 broken nails I just wanted to stop in and get fixed since I was doing laundry in the plaza and grabbing food over here. So I stop in which they only have 2 customers in shop and I immediately let them know I needed to get my nails repaired but I was going to come back because I was going to eat first and I asked if they do SNS and if I could see the colors. One lady goes and grabs the color swatches for me and I walk to the side so I can see if they have something similar to the color I have on now. They didn't have many colors but I found a color that looked close but really couldn't tell because it was next to a bright light orange and I kept trying to figure out if the color was close enough. So the guy comes over and I notice him looking at my nails and at the swatches and I was like can I see this powder so he's all like can you come back later I'm with a customer all rude. First off if you're with a customer why are you over here. If you felt like a potential customer was interrupting you why not just keep working on the customer and just tell me where the powders were. I was like I wanted to see it now to decide if I even need to come back. So he walks over to get the powder huffing and puffing and was like "Why don't you go back to where you got them done". Wow that's how we're talking to customers these days huh? You only have 2 customers in salon and you're going to be rude to a potential customer. So I was like because I'm in the area but if you don't want my service then just say so and be honest and I said thanks and walked out. Unprofessional and rude. read more

It feels like I've tried every nail salon in the metro Atlanta area, and no one beats Vince. He's skilled, friendly, and honest. He will do everything he can to accommodate you as a customer and make you feel at home. His wife, Cindy, is the same way. This salon very much has a "family owned business" vibe, and his prices are affordable and fair. Beyond that, Vince's work is built to last. I worked at Starbucks when I started seeing him and now I'm in EMS, so saying that I'm hard on my nails is an understatement--I can expect Vince's work, depending on the length of my nails, to last me between 6-8 weeks. That's a huge upgrade from needing fills and repairs every 2 weeks. He is careful with his tools, infection control is 10/10, so you won't have to worry about leaving with shredded cuticles and a fungal infection. He also will not pressure you to pay for upgrades in service--no hidden costs, no uncomfortable "I don't want that, thanks" conversations. You also won't have to worry about him doing anything unsafely so if you've got acrylics, they'll be soaked off instead of pulled. I really can't say enough good things about Vince. I've been seeing him consistently for a year, and refuse to go to anyone else. read more

More like amazing nails! Great quality and great customer service! Always running a special and my sns nails lasted the longest ever! I have been twice and haven't been disappointed yet. I've been seeing Andrew for about 2 years now! HE IS AMAZING!!! This is a great place! Everyone is super friendly and they always make sure you leave happy. Prices are good too, I never leave feeling like I wasted money on a service I didn't enjoy. I HIGHLY recommend trying Unique Nail Spa! Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had at any business, period. My fiancée went here to get her nails done for our wedding. She specifically told them not to use gel, but they went ahead and did it anyway. The nails looked awful, crooked, uneven, and sloppy. When she asked them to fix it, they just made it worse. No care, no effort, just attitude. I went in myself to ask for a proper fix, and that's when things really went downhill. The owners immediately got defensive and started cussing us out in front of other customers. No apology, no accountability, just straight-up yelling and arguing like we were the problem. It was disgusting. They refused to fix the nails, refused to refund anything, and still had the nerve to charge us for their mess. The level of disrespect and unprofessionalism was unreal. This wasn't just bad service, this was hostile. If you care about your time, your money, or being treated like a human being, stay far away from this place. I wouldn't let them touch a dog's nails, let alone trust them with something as important as a wedding. read more

So after googling nail salons I decided to give Unique Nails a call because not only were they super close by but their reviews were great - and now I see why! They were able to get me an appointment on super short notice and when I got there I was greeted instantly and offered a refreshment. I only had to wait a minute or two before my nail artist, Andrew, was ready to fix my horribly grown out atrocious acrylic/gel combination I had gotten done elsewhere. Andrew was super easygoing and fun to talk to while he worked on my nails. We even discussed future nail projects I would like to try! He did an amazing job on my french tips. I am really excited about them and I can't stop looking at them. Unique Nails is definitely my go to nail salon from now on. read more

The staff took their time to listen to my exact requests and executed just as I asked. I got a pedicure and SNS nails. In addition, I came in about a hour before closing time and I still received superb service. I absolutely love my nails and I definitely will be returning! I was very pleased with the prices! This place looks pretty average when you first come in, but the quality of the work done here is great. Not to mention the fact that the prices here are considerably cheaper from its neighboring nail salons in the area. It is a smaller salon, so I would just keep in mind that you might have to wait a little longer to get your nails done, but generally speaking they do a good job getting done on time.
