I went here for my first SNS and pedi post COVID-19 quarantine and I regret it. I had really high hopes for this place but as I sit and stare at how thick and chunky my nails are, I can't help but think how my regular nail salon would NEVER let me walk out with nails looking like this. Too bad they were booked up for a few days and I had no time this week. Don't get me wrong, the people who work here are very nice and patient and were able to get me in immediately but they were not very knowledgable about making SNS & a tip look natural. I spent almost 4 hours here getting my nails fixed because I wanted the thinner more modern shape to nails, square rounded and there was a color error. The conventional SNS method I am used to was not used here and it shows. I will not discourage you to come here, especially if you love the long chunky square nails as they've got you covered. Also returning clients seemed very satisfied so maybe it was a me thing. Different areas have different nail shape preferences and I guess this is the Roswell style and I prefer the sandy springs style. Their pedicures are ok no major... complaints. *edit 1 day later my toes no longer have gloss or shine to them. I definitely overpaid for the quality I got. All in all, my experience could have been a lot worse hence the 2 star rating but I really, really appreciated the owner (I think) spending time to fix the color, shape and nail errors to the best of her ability during my visit. She didn't get mad initially but very annoyed towards the end as she had been working on my nails forever and rushed to go help other clients. I also shared the same feelings as my nails were getting worse and worse. FYI if you're looking for nails that look like most of the pictures on this yelp, look elsewhere. They just can't deliver. OMGoodness!! Thank Goodness! I have been searching for a nail salon and a nail tech in the Roswell / Alpharetta Area SIX MONTHS! Ladies you know how important it is to have clean manicured nails - well I am no exception! I moved back in December 2016 and it was soooo difficult to drive back to my regular technician, I gave up. I even tried to do my own nails #EpicFail (I was too lazy and too anal) Anyhoo - the young lady that started my nails was doing a good job but when I told her I had a time limit she turns me over to Ann. And OMG^2 she was quick - efficient - knowledgeable - didn't talk to much - interacted with me just enough to make me not mind I was running a little behind on my schedule. They are so understaffed, also terrible job done with my nails. And way to expensive for what you are getting. They charged me too "shape my nails" even though my nails are already shaped. AND my nails broke within the week of getting my SNS done. My nails haven't broke in 6 months and now I go stop by here while visiting Roswell and they ruined my nails that I have been growing for so long and taking great care of. They stayed for like ten min... awkward lol I MEAN, think about it.....You're laying down eyes closed....They stand around and stare at you... super awkward. I've been to other places but it's usually just 1 on 1. Multiple ppl do not come in and stay. Also on my second session, I don't know how many times she pulled my eyelashes out. Like I don't know why she was doing it, but it was just so painful. The most painful 3hrs!!! The first girl that did mine (she was young and she said she used to work in buckhead salon) and she was the best!!! So nice, and no pain. Plus quick. I don't think they have her anymore... So they said I visited 5 times with Groupon... it was my third time and got declined. Again, when i made the appointment a week ago, the lady said it was okay to use the groupon twice but when I went, she said no. She looked so pissed off and was super rude. I wonder what I did? First off, the place is nice and clean. However; I DID NOT enjoy my time here. When I went in there was no other customers, so I thought it wouldn't take too long. I literally sat there for almost 2 hours just to get marble nails?!! The shape wasn't even good and she just kept filing them down, because she kept messing up to shape. Julie did great job on my pedi, especially with shaping the nails. Can't say how many times other places cut at least one nail slanted. What can I say? I'm particular. And so...I wish the polish was grouped by color to make choosing easier. Also they need bigger/thicker towels so the entire leg/foot is properly wrapped for masks, etc.; got cold too quickly. When I scheduled my appointment through Yelp, I was contacted immediately and set up. I needed to move up my appointment, and they were extremely flexible with that as well. My nail tech was so helpful in getting the right nail color - she even layered one gel on top of the other to get the right opaqueness. No one does that, and she went the extra mile. She was also very honest about adding certain decorations to my nails - ones that would last with the gel, ones that wouldn't. She was incredibly helpful. Best quality for the most reasonable pricing you'll find in the Roswell/Alpharetta area. This is my 4th time at the salon, and I'm still happy. My 20min drive to get to the salon is worth it. The staff take a lot of pride in their work & are very passionate about having happy customers. Anna is a great leader/owner. Julie is a sweet, personable young lady who cares more about you being happy with her work than about getting you "in & out." I've been to plenty of our fancy salons in the area, only to pay $60 for a sub-par nail job. I bought a Groupon for regular mani/pedi here. Service was prompt, and they did my mani and pedi at the same time. I didn't feel rushed and I thought they were doing a good job, but when I got home and looked more closely at my finger nails, I noticed at the filing wasn't very round or even, and the top coat wasn't applied all the way to my cuticle. My pedicure looks good from afar, but if you look closely the top coat on my toes are applied the same way as on my nails. read more

This place is great! I grabbed a mani-pedi Groupon a few months back and honestly wasn't expecting much because it was so cheap, but I was wrong. These ladies are so sweet and really good at what they do. I've been to salons where the workers were careless with clippers and cuticles and I've shied away from mani-pedis mostly because of those horrible experiences. I was so impressed with how gentle these ladies were on my nails! This isn't a fancy salon or anything, so if you want some high end pampering, this isn't the place for you. Don't stop here to get nails done or fixed if you are in the area. I had 2 broken nails I just wanted to stop in and get fixed since I was doing laundry in the plaza and grabbing food over here. So I stop in which they only have 2 customers in shop and I immediately let them know I needed to get my nails repaired but I was going to come back because I was going to eat first and I asked if they do SNS and if I could see the colors. One lady goes and grabs the color swatches for me and I walk to the side so I can see if they have something similar to the color I have on now. They didn't have many colors but I found a color that looked close but really couldn't tell because it was next to a bright light orange and I kept trying to figure out if the color was close enough. So the guy comes over and I notice him looking at my nails and at the swatches and I was like can I see this powder so he's all like can you come back later I'm with a customer all rude. First off if you're with a customer why are you over here. If you felt like a potential customer was interrupting you why not just keep working on the customer and just tell me where the powders were. I was like I wanted to see it now to decide if I even need to come back. So he walks over to get the powder huffing and puffing and was like "Why don't you go back to where you got them done". Wow that's how we're talking to customers these days huh? You only have 2 customers in salon and you're going to be rude to a potential customer. So I was like because I'm in the area but if you don't want my service then just say so and be honest and I said thanks and walked out. Unprofessional and rude. read more

It feels like I've tried every nail salon in the metro Atlanta area, and no one beats Vince. He's skilled, friendly, and honest. He will do everything he can to accommodate you as a customer and make you feel at home. His wife, Cindy, is the same way. This salon very much has a "family owned business" vibe, and his prices are affordable and fair. Beyond that, Vince's work is built to last. I worked at Starbucks when I started seeing him and now I'm in EMS, so saying that I'm hard on my nails is an understatement--I can expect Vince's work, depending on the length of my nails, to last me between 6-8 weeks. That's a huge upgrade from needing fills and repairs every 2 weeks. He is careful with his tools, infection control is 10/10, so you won't have to worry about leaving with shredded cuticles and a fungal infection. He also will not pressure you to pay for upgrades in service--no hidden costs, no uncomfortable "I don't want that, thanks" conversations. You also won't have to worry about him doing anything unsafely so if you've got acrylics, they'll be soaked off instead of pulled. I really can't say enough good things about Vince. I've been seeing him consistently for a year, and refuse to go to anyone else. read more
