They are very professional, caring, and personable. They get your property rented quickly and efficiently. With our last company, our unit sat empty for 7 months because the old company was more interested in selling real estate than managing it. This is not the case with Rent It Network. They had it rented in 6 weeks. We recently had a flood in our unit, and Steve and Elane have worked tirelessly to get our unit back in business! They have quickly answered phone calls, emails, and have been our eyes on the ground when we are miles away. I would highly recommend them for rental property management!

I rented in an HOA community, and after SIX MONTHS, I still do not have access to the pool, or the entry gates. Rent it charges a mandatory $30/month which covers an air filter that can be purchased for less at Walmart, and although it's called a "Benefits Package" there are no benefits - they don't even effectively communicate with the HOA on the tenant's behalf. I highly advise against using Rent It Network. 15/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!

    After vacating our rental home in Henderson, NV, Darwin Homes initially attempted to retain our…read moreentire $2,085 security deposit while also claiming we owed an additional balance of nearly $1,900. After we formally disputed the charges, they later reduced portions of the deductions, but they are still attempting to retain essentially the full deposit for repainting, carpet cleaning, "rent-ready" cleaning, pressure washing, and other turnover-related expenses. Our original lease began with Atlas Property Management and was later transferred to Renu and then Darwin Homes. We never signed a new lease or move-out addendum directly with Darwin Homes. Prior to move-out, we: * patched and spackled nail holes, * steam cleaned carpets, * cleaned the home, * replaced filters, bulbs, and batteries, * and removed all belongings and debris. The carpets were fully intact at move-out with no holes, tears, burns, or missing sections. Our concern is that ordinary residential wear and standard turnover preparation are being treated as excessive tenant-caused damage. The original lease did not require professional carpet cleaning or whole-house repainting upon move-out. We continue disputing these deductions and are prepared to pursue all available remedies to recover the wrongfully withheld portion of our security deposit. We believe the burden remains on Darwin Homes to substantiate that the disputed charges exceed ordinary wear and tear and are supported by sufficient documentation. We have multiple witness statements supporting the condition of the property and the extensive cleaning and repair efforts completed prior to move-out. We repeatedly requested: * before-and-after photos, * paid invoices and contractor receipts, * proof work was completed, * and documentation establishing that the alleged damages exceeded ordinary wear and tear. At the time of this review, sufficient supporting documentation has still not been provided for many of the disputed deductions. Renters should carefully document EVERYTHING during move-in and move-out, including photos, videos, repairs, cleaning efforts, and all communications.

    The 1st year, no major issues. Storm prep was said to be renters responsibility, however there…read morewasnt enough window/door shutters and the ones left on property had no way to be connected to the hosue as they removed all the bolts. After renewing the lease, that's when we really saw issues....4x had to do a service ticket for plumbing, from the master sink basically exploding to an exterior underground broken pipe that caused more than $600 water bill they didn't want to help with as "it was not reported in a timely manner". Garage door not going all the way down due to whatever rigged system they had beginning to fail, almost all cabinet door hinges starting to pop dues to deteriorating water damaged material, Ice maker not making ice, electrical issues. I could go on. The portal is a joke. Neve can talk to any live person. There is no local office or personnel for property. All service technicians (maintenance) contractors are over 3hrs away so scheduling is a nightmare. Once you move in, all communication is via email. The same general generic email address will have a different person claiming to be the property manager every time. They use the same line and excuse "property owner says".... to get out of everything. Darwin does own the property, They are absolutely the worst. We would never rent another property from Darwin.
