You don't have to worry about multiple jobs either...which is a huge plus. Once they start your job, they're there until complete. Compared to several other bids, price was a bit lower too. The calk is hard and they used an incorrect type of calk.Should have used silicone.They only have a 1 year guarantee I was told. I live alone and kitchen does not get that much use.There is no way the calk should look like this already.They make up one excuse after another and do not stand behind their work.I will post on FB and tell everyone I know how lousy they treat customers even when it was their own fault for not using correct calk.My old kitchen did not look this bad. UPDATE! - Kitchenland reached out to me and are going to replace the calk, the contractor had hired someone outside of Kitchenland for part of the job which included the calking which they knew nothing about. When we went into the showroom to tell them it was the wrong color, we were told it would be another 3 months for the correct one to come in. Our contractor had other jobs that he needed to get to, so it was going to be more than 3 months before he could get back to our site. We did not want to have our bathroom incomplete for that long so felt we had no choice but to accept this color that we did not choose. They did give us a whopping $300.00 off. Mind you, they would have had to spend a LOT more to replace it. The install took over a week! We already had a second bathroom that liberty was supposed to do. When they "completed" it, we found out that they did not include a topper for the shower on this install although they had on the first shower. Of course they could order one for us for yet more money, unfortunately we didn't feel like we had a choice if we wanted it to look right. Although a third of the size this install also took over a week. I had 2 friends who have been over & wanted to get their bathrooms redone. I have told them to go with ANYONE other than liberty. Jacuzzi was maybe a thousand dollars higher, and I really wish we had gone with them or anyone else. Also, the person they have answering the phone (Brenda) is not of any help. She is JUST there to take your money & your calls. She has no helpful information on your install.

The carpentry was not up to par; the cabinets were not properly caulked in, left multiple holes after missing the studs in the wall, did not paint the door trims or base, and instead of fixing issues he simply covered them up (i.e. painting over taped holes). No written receipts were provided for the entire duration of this project and multiple appliances were broken and we were unable to return them or get any solutions due to this. Furthermore, this extended to unknown costs of the roof as we were not informed of what the payment entailed. Gallant made multiple executive decisions without consulting me, and in multiple instances, he ignored my requests and did not offer a compromise. I was also informed that he did not have a general contractor's license prior to the work when he offered to take on the project. With all of this, I am deeply unsatisfied with the work done and the customer service I received. As a customer, I expected to receive quality service and communication and received neither.
