Unique Video has been the contractor that installed our Lutron Lighting system, Araknis router, Schlagg Sense smart locks, and our own VPN through the Araknis router. They are extremely knowledgeable and work efficiently. The added plus is they have calm personalities that help non-techies through the often frustrating experience of setting up complicated systems. As first time home buyers my wife and I were really excited about moving into our new home. We enjoy TV, movies and music so we were really looking forward to our new Sonos system and our brand new big screen TV. We got the wiring work contracted through an outside vendor but after we moved in they notified us that they were going to send in their two best installers to finish the work. That is how we got introduced to Andrew and Ryan. On that first day they brought in and installed our new TV quickly and efficiently. They showed us how to remove the television from the wall bracket and most importantly they ensured that our media was finished with a clean look. No wires whatsoever are visible. They walked us through how to operate the Sonos system step by step and how to use the App. Everyone who has visited our home in the past year has appreciated the look and especially the work they have done. While the service call was finished, they still have welcomed our questions for technical support via text and phone call. Andrew and Ryan are there for us always in our hour of need and this has provided my wife and I great comfort in knowing that whatever may happen that we have a dependable resource. We had them install an HDMI switch and more recently for an even bigger project we called Unique Video and Sound to install a home theater in our basement. In one day they installed all the parts to the home theater. When faced with challenges (programming the remote) their professionalism and perfectionism was on full display. For one hour Andrew ensured that our system worked the way he envisioned it by programming macros into the remote to ensure that our system worked at the touch of a button. When they are not installing cool new toys into our home they are also flexible in making house calls to ensure that technical support is provided. We had some issues with our television and they were quick to respond to diagnose the issues over the phone and even came to our home to inspect and try to correct the problem first hand. It was a winter day and they removed their shoes prior to entering our home.
