Also, as frequent visitors to flea markets and antique shops, this is probably one of--if not the most well-laid-out and organized antique shops my fiancé and I have ever been to. Each booth is a room and it's so nice to move through. The owner is so sweet and friendly, she checks in to make we are all doing okay. Definitely stop by and do some shopping. We walked out with some adorable wooden magnets!

If you're an antiques collector, or looking for something very specific, it's possible you could find it here; but, for me, this is just a spot to look around. I spent some time exploring this shop one afternoon, and I came across many interesting things. Nothing I needed, but interesting nonetheless. This shop, like many other antique shops, houses loads of old items scattered across multiple floors. Whether you're looking for books, toys, clothing, luggage, accessories, home decor, dishes, furniture (you get it.. the list goes on and on..), you can likely find it here. I got Bob a seersucker hat and myself new sunglasses. And a very cool piece of luggage for a recent grad going off to college. She adored it, and I loved hitting it out of the park. This is a great spot to find unique gift items, such as handcrafted jewelry, products created from bourbon barrels, locally made soap, and Kentucky Proud Products. It's connected to another similar shop, called Twisted Twigs. The two are connected and accessible from the inside. When I walked into Simple Charm, I was blown away by the amount of fall decor. If you're looking for anything seasonal, this is your place. This past Saturday, they were running a buy one get one half off sale. Even though I didn't buy anything that day, I definitely set my eyes on a few items.

I met the owner on FB and he and I struck up a friendship. This guy is a collector but also sales bottles as well and is always willing to work a deal with you. He is very fair. His store is clean. He is someone you can trust and so forth. This store is in the new stockyards in Lexington that burned a couple of years ago. I suggest you check them out. He also has a lot of Kentucky stuff for sale.
