    Took my trailer in for an estimate on physical damage for my insurance claim, after my trailer was…read morehit by a tornado. Shortly after they stopped communicating with us and were only communicating with the insurance company. That was weird because we were the actual ones that called and set up the estimate. We dropped the truck off April, 20 2025 easter Sunday they were closed but they gave us the code to the gate. After calling and asking numerous times about the estimate they finally sent it on the 28th which we sent to our insurance company. The insurance company had there estimate done before hex6 and it was in there yard. The insurance deemed a total loss May 1st. We contacted hex6 and asked how much we owe for the estimate. The lady at front said she will send an invoice. So end the day May 7th we finally get an invoice with 10 days of storage fees already applied. So I'm calling about the ten days of storage and I didn't get a bill or anything to pick up the trailer she said she would have to ask boss and he left . On the 8th is when I realize they were not do legitimate business. I asked again how you charge me storage without giving me a bill to pay or calling to inform me in anyway. Then the lady told me there's a sign clear as day in the office. Which we dropped the trailer off on Sunday so no one ever stepped inside. I am a truck driver I had to rent trailers, by the time they finally sent the invoice I was on my way Georgia. So as soon as I found out what they were up to I got a load going home and returned the rented trailer . I stayed over 4 hours from hex6 which wasn't back until 13th. I went there on the 15th and ended up paying over $700 for a simple estimate. Also they told the cops I signed something agreeing to pay the storage fees which was a complete lie. Poor communication, and bad business practices. Avoid at all costs.
