I find this out after losing mine on my recent trip. Bottom line: Solid bank, tech savvy, nice app, good staff and lots of options.

You never receive a reversal nor a phone call with any kind of explanation or "Sorry, can't do it"! The next month they withhold your social security deposit which should have been available to you on Sunday at midnight. They choose to not release funds until Monday morning!
