What really stood out w/me in regards to this bank is that I had a financial snafu (I pray I spelled that right!) in that a check was deposited that was given to me & it bounced. It ended up causing me to have 5 NSF's thru no fault of my own. I went to my bank & met with a staff member. They waived all the charges & corrected my balance. Because of this, I'd never leave Pen Air!
