My initial visit with Dr Jeanine Hoang, MD was professional and productive. My recent visit was with a young PA who entered with 2 young girls, not just 1 assistant. Reading the room, and having worked 10 years in a 6 MD office i was meant to be entertainment for what i was dealing with. I chose differently. The young PA rolled up to my face, no instrument in hand as her dictated notes stated and told me i had Rosacea. I thanked her for her time and when asked if i wanted a prescription, I declined, preferring to have my prescription through my primary care, the health care there I respected and wanting no further dealing with this Burleson office. I returned a week later for all my records...and saw that Nothing dictated actually took place. There was No DERMASCOPE USED, NO COUNSELING. My visit lasted 4 minutes at most. The attitude from the young Trio was unacceptable and unprofessional. I would never refer anyone to this practice. I notified my insurance and called the office manager. Silence will not bring improvements. This visit was not in keeping with the professionalism of Dr Jeanine Hoang. read more

I thought the care at this office was great, especially since this was my first visit to a dermatologist. However, the reason for the low rating is that I called multiple times to discuss my facial medication and never received a call back. I also sent a message through the patient portal and did not get a response. Because of this lack of follow-up, I don't think I will be returning to this doctor's office. read more

Best place to go if you need SRT. It was by far the most comfortable and professional experience I have ever had. Lacy was magnificent. The staff was caring and considerate. If you don't know what SRT is, make it a point to find out if it's an alternative to MOHs for your type of skin cancer. YOU WILL NEVER REGRET IT. read more

Waited over an hour to see the Dr. on the first visit to assess a cist. Dr stated it would be easy to remove in office and we needed to make an appointment. When the day came they called and told us they can't do anything for it and we need to see a hand specialist. This is the exact reason why we went to the first appointment to get it assessed to see what could be done. The same doctor is never there and so much turnover if you get anything assessed by one doctor the other doctor will state they can't do anything about it. All around unprofessional. read more

I will not go back to United dermatology. I had two biopsies done and United dermatology, I was over charged plus they charged me for the pathology and then I received a bill from the pathology business in the mail. United dermatology refuses to issue me any of my credit. They advised me to get a place frozen on my arm, saying that the pathology results indicate it can turn into skin cancer and then they coded it to where my insurance will not pay for it because it is considered cosmetic surgery. When my insurance company called them and advise them to change the coding, they refused. My insurance says chances of getting cancer from that is only 10%. That's why my insurance denies it and United dermatology still refuses to issue me any of my money that I was overcharged. Total nightmare, so much time on the phone with my insurance company because I can't talk to a live person at United Dermatology. read more

Had a balance incase I needed the money for another time when I asked for my money back (my hard earned money) they took 50.00 from my balance they should be a shame they make so much & charge lots ...taking money from a single mother that works hard day in and day out...I had to go to them because of a accident I suffered Needless to say I am never going back again ever ... Love this office!! I've always been sensitive about my dark spots and scared of surgery or extreme chemical on my face. But after I had children my dark spots has gotten darker. Mimi was so gentle and informative. I love that she takes her time and not rushing me. She offer multiple treatments so I won't have scaring! I love that she's being cautious and taking her time with even with small procedures. Wouldn't let anyone else touch my face but her. Believe me, go see her she's the Best! read more

I went here for routine check March of 2019 and May of 2020. I paid full price up front both times. Year 2019 I did not take the time to check my insurance claim to see what the insurance paid and if they refunded my card. Year 2020 I checked my claim and saw they did not refunded me the money they owned me which was $63.09. I had to send them proof of my claim before they would refund me. I finally got an email saying they refund my card for 134.87, which was also the refund of 71.78 for March of 2019. WHAT REALLY IS WRONG IS THEY REFUNDED A CARD THAT WAS NOT MY NUMBER. I went up there and showed they my statement and card I used, but they would not believe me so they STOLE $134.87 FROM ME!. If you still want to go there be sure you check on all these things or they will steal from you too. read more

Enjoyed my experience at United Dermatology in Burleson from start to finish. The staff are nice and Mimi Phan was wonderful. She was very pleasant and took her time with me. It was my first dermatology visit therefore I didn't know what to expect, however, Mimi was very thorough and gave me a good skin care regimen to help with my acne. She also gave me recommendations to look forward to once my acne clears up. She was very honest and did not mind my million questions! I went for a small knot on my brow. When Mimi phan came in and looked at it, she informed me that it was not covered under my insurance but she would do it for an additional $100. I wasted my money that I paid for my co-pay ($70) and time off of work for nothing. My sister had gone to this office previously and they took several of these off of her. BEWARE, ask questions before booking an appointment and wasting your time and money. read more
