You will never see the DR after your first appointment. When you book an appointment at the doctors office, you assume you're going to see the doctor. I have not seen the actual doctor since my first appointment. They always booked with the PA and do not tell you. I had to get something removed off of my knee, in the PA did not cut it all out. I even questioned her and told her I did not think she got it all. I had to go back two months later and spoke with the office staff about how I told her she did not get it all and they still made me pay for the full appointment. If she had just listened to me, I would not have had to go back. I would not recommend prestige to anyone. Even though their staff is friendly and the office is very clean when you pay a premium price for a doctor's appointment you should be able to see the doctor or at least be be told that you're going to see the PA instead. read more

went in for hair thinning almost 4 wks ago and I still haven't gotten anything prescribed for my problem. I was able to look at my labs even before I got a call back from Dr Pham's office. I called 3 times before I got a call back from them to let me know the results of my labs. every time I call I'm told it will be 48-72 hrs before I can get a call back which I think is ridiculous. I will never be back to that office or recommend this office to anyone I know. read more

Had an appointment here today and it was pretty bad. They asked me to sign optional medical forms after I declined to sign them. Once I was in the examination room, they told me that I wouldn't be able to see a doctor, when I specifically asked to be seen for examinations that required the doctor to be there. They brought in a Physician Assistant. I asked if she was a doctor and she became visibly offended and defensive that I asked her this question. I plainly asked her this, attempting to understand what she could/couldn't help me with. She said she would go get a "manager" and left the room. I then heard the Physician Assistant and someone else (I couldn't see because I was still in the room) openly badmouthing me in the hall (I'm not making this up). This was straight up unprofessional and crazy. I got my co-pay refunded and left. Yikes. read more

Would absolutely NOT recommend this practice. We recently moved to the Fort Worth area and were looking to transition our daughter's care to a new provider. We requested and had ALL of her CURRENT patient records/chart information which was necessary for the new provider to review and continue her treatment. This paperwork was emailed to the practice prior to the appointment and a copy was given directly to them on the day of our appointment as well. When I called to make an appointment for my daughter back in November (for her 1st visit) I specifically asked if labs (bloodwork and required tests) were done on-site. This was KEY AND VERY important to us when selecting a new practice/provider for our daughter. I was assured YES, the practice completed labs onsite. After being given that confirmation, we made our appointment and completed the new patient paperwork online. On the day of our appointment, we arrived and were asked to complete the new patient paperwork (again) because the online paperwork that was completed didn't transfer internally within their system? That was the first red flag. Waited approximately 20-25 minutes AFTER our scheduled appointment time, then were finally called back only to be told that the practice couldn't do anything for us. The practice did not do any routine labs (bloodwork/tests, etc.) on site and that we needed to make an additional appointment to take care of the routine tests at a labcorp or quest center. Only after those labs were completed, could we be seen and next steps towards treatment be taken. The nurse that took our information prior to the provider coming in was curt and didn't appear to enjoy her job at all. We had to repeat ourselves constantly while answering questions. Perhaps a little (patient care) training might help. The doors to each exam room are paper thin, so hearing the conversations (amongst staff) which are related to patient care definitely pose numerous HIPPAA violation(s). I found it quite unprofessional and was thoroughly embarrassed that I brought my daughter to this practice to be seen. Our visit with the practitioner was literally less than 15 minutes. After paying a $70 copay, we walked out of the practice wondering what the heck happened and WHY did we select this practice? It was defeating to say the least and disappointing that my daughter didn't get the care that she needed due to the practice mis-informing us and obviously not even being prepared to see her at all. I am writing this review because I intentionally called the practice back after our appointment on the same day to explain our experience and asked for practice manager to follow up on the concerns that were shared. I was told that practice manager would speak manager and Doctor of this Prestige Dermatology practice in Burleson and they would call me back. Well, it's been a little over a week and I've not received a call or follow up. So disappointing to say the least. We will be taking our business elsewhere and as for this practice, I would NOT recommend it to anyone. read more

I was first seen by the NP.Very quick visit .When questions asked was told would get a paper on home instructions.On my patient visit notes NP charted all areas had been examined.Nothing was looked at other than the spots on my hands and upper chest.Had two cancerous spots removed.On a follow up visit to get sutures removed some sutures were still intact.I had to take the remaining sutures out myself.Front desk people always working on the computers barely acknowledging you when you walk in.Then after asking your name they just tell you how much you owe.Too many personnel with what seems like not a lot of proper teaching.Would not recommend this practice . read more

I have been with Dr. Pham's team since 2020. Dr. Pham is the man! He is very personable, knowledgeable about his craft and can calm a patient with his delivery of his observations and personalized patient's treatments. With that said, his staff is remarkable! They are very professional, compassionate, personable, caring and goes above and beyond what is expected of them. Dr. Le, Camille, Michelle, Myra and Mirabel, to name a few, have been a part my care team since the beginning but the other staff members in the Fort Worth office bring the same level of care, passionate and professionalism to the team. Got some spots frozen a couple months ago. Didn't get a doctor, some other trainee or whatever. Took 5 minutes to freeze them, they charged something like $125. Expensive, and no one there was friendly, but whatever. Months later one spot remained, they didn't freeze it enough. I schedule a follow up, and they want charge me all over again. I try to explain that I already paid for this to be done, and it wasn't done exactly right. Receptionist could care less. Everyone there seems miserable and it's clear they just want your money and that's it. Find a dermatologist that cares. read more

After waiting on my appointment I was rushed while explaining my issue and then was told that my issue was something that I knew it wasn't because I had already tried treating it in that way . After going back and forth with the dermatologist explaining that I am sure that the issue was more than just acne she continued cutting me off while speaking saying it was definitely acne speaking to me in an undermining tone. After leaving the office and spending over $100 on medication that she prescribed, a month later my issue worsened extremely and then after sending photos and calling I was told it was indeed the issue i initially thought it was and they'd like me to pay another office visit to come in and get reevaluated. Save your time and money and visit a dermatologist that cares more for you as a patient and sees you as more than just a money grab - this is by far the worst experience I've ever had at a dermatologist office. I love Dr. Pham. Sadly, his office staff is abysmal. For the second time, I had an important issue that needed to be addressed, but staff again could not be bothered to return my call despite multiple requests. I have run out of a critical medication that isn't supposed to skip doses as a result. First of all, my LEGAL name is Josephine. I filled out all of my paperwork with my LEGAL name. My insurance card still has my birth name/dead name. EVERY SINGLE TIME I was called they used my deadname. I told them to call me by my legal name and they said they can write my legal name as my "preferred" name. NO IT IS NOT "PREFERRED". MY ID SAYS JOSEPHINE. Whatever. Disrespectful but whatever. And then I came in for my next appointment, STILL calling me by my deadname by EVERY SINGLE staff member.. These people obviously do not care about you. I am not transgender but I CANT IMAGINE COMING HERE AND BEING TREATED LIKE THIS IF I WAS. If you don't understand why people change their names, at least be empathetic. People change their names for a reason-transgender, not identifying, traumatic experiences. They deserve simple respect with their LEGAL name. I DO NOT RECOMMEND COMING TO THIS PLACE. Aside from their disrespect of addressing me wrong, let me talk about what I had done. I was getting two moles removed. I was quoted they'd be about $100-300. I came in the day of surgery and was charged $800+. The front desk girl wasn't knowledgeable as to why it was that much. I was like whatever. I HATE these moles. They're going to be gone and I'll never be at this terrible place again. Months later I get a bill from a lab for $600. These were tiny moles on my face. I know they're not cancerous. Even if in the tiny chance they were, they're being FULLY removed. WHAT is the reason for sending a little pepper of a mole to a lab to charge me $600 on top of overpaying for my mole removals. This place just sucks the life out of you. He even spoke of his thoughts on waiting times, saying "patients should not have to wait for me, it is already stressful going to the doctor, why add to that?" What more can you ask for? Saw Dr. Pham for the first time today for a mole check, and to say I was impressed is an understatement! He was super knowledgeable and attentive and made me feel comfortable. I do not recommend this place. Front office staff is smug and extremely rude. They do not charge correctly. My copay is supposed to be $60 They charged me $123! When I tried to show them what my copay would be, the young woman shut me down. On my first visit I asked that she call and confirm with insurance company she sat on hold for a few minutes and then hung up rolled her eyes and said she went to the website and it said $123. I went home and went to my site and it said $60. I just had a recheck and I was charged $123 again. None of my other physicians has EVER charged me for a recheck unless something else was done... injection, lab work etc. All that was done was a 5 minute look over of my face, a recheck of an allergic reaction. I went to Prestige Dermatology 6 or 7 (maybe 8?) times for laser hair removal. $200 each visit, and the price went up to $250 without any advance notice. That $250 treatment was the last straw, and my last visit. For that $200-$250, I got two passes across my chin and one across my upper lip. 2 minutes tops. After this many treatments, I should have seen some results, but unfortunately, it turned out to be a waste of time (although each visit, once I got in, was only a minute or two) and hard-earned money (~$1500), since laser hair removal isn't covered by insurance. Extremely disappointed. Not only do I not recommend the laser hair removal, but I also don't recommend them for dermatological issues, because during several visits, they never listened to me, and kept addressing issues that I wasn't even there for. Not sure why I kept going back. My bad. read more

I took my daughter here for a skin rash covering her arms and legs. When I made the appointment I asked to see the Dr. They scheduled me and it wasn't until I was in the exam room that I was informed I would not be seeing the doctor, but the PA. That's just the beginning. They kept asking my daughter if she's been sick/under a lot of stress, if her joints hurt, or if she's had changes to her nails. She told them several times no no no. The PA still diagnosed her with Psoriasis (I HIGHLY doubt it's Psoriasis as she has absolutely no symptoms other than a rash). We were then told they'd call in a prescription into a specialty pharmacy (PL Pharmacy) and we'd hear from them in 1-2 days. I waited 2 days and hadn't heard anything so I called the pharmacy and was told they hadn't received anything. I called the Prestige Dermatology and they said they'd make it a top priority to call it in that day. Here it is over 24 hours later and I still haven't heard anything, so I called the pharmacy again today and still NOTHING has been called in for my daughter. I then call Prestige again and they tell me they called in her prescription JUST NOW to a DIFFERENT pharmacy than what I was told. So, now my daughter will go for at least a week without any treatment because of their ineptitude. I will not not be recommending this office to anyone and I'm already looking for a new dermatologist for my daughter. No explanation was given and they were curt and cold on the phone, they certainly weren't concerned about the fact that my daughter wouldn't be receiving any treatment. read more

Our son had a rash on his leg. At first we thought it would just go away, but then it started to spread. Turned out it was "molluscum". Dr. Pham and his staff were wonderful! All of the places around us had a waiting time for new patients up to two weeks. Dr. Pham was able to squeeze us in for a consultation on the same day, and better yet, a non-invasive treatment was done on the same day! They gave us specific instructions on what our son had, what the treatment was, the cost, and what to expect. What more can you ask for? Would totally recommend. read more

I went here because they were the only derm I could find that took my insurance (Ambetter). That already made them a plus in my book! I forget the doctor's name, but it was the Asian man, and he was awesome! I went there to get skin tags removed, and I was expecting to be expensive, (insurance considers that a cosmetic procedure), so imagine my shock when they told me it was only twenty dollars per removal! The doctor himself said "we don't rip people off on that", and it made me love him even more! He did the procedure very quickly and made me feel totally comfortable! So.... I tried this office over 4 times with myself and my son. I was thinking maybe it was a bad day and wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. All the times I've been I felt rushed and not listened to. This last visit was my last straw. The doctor kept trying to push these new drugs on me that I didn't want. I told her what I've been doing for 6 years that works for me. The last visit before this one she prescribed me a medication that didn't work. I was adamant this time what I wanted she tried to talk me out of it and put me on something new that just came out on the market . So after O was persistent she prescribed me what I asked for but at the wrong dosage and for 2 weeks with no refills. I will not be taking myself or my family back. I do not feel listened to and I was so stressed by the end of the visit. This coupled with billing issues, no thanks!
