Sorry but I had a bad experience here first of all no drive through pick up window. Insanely inconvenient especially when you have young children or a baby. Fine and dandy walk in there's 4 of us in line for pickup I'm #3 but #4 was greeted and helped so I spoke up and the girl was snotty about not seeing me standing in line which was so dumb the store is empty so it was obvious I was standing right behind the other people SMH . I appreciate it being a family business and I appreciated the phone call and text about the prescription being ready but I'll stick with Costco pharmacy or Walgreens/ cvs ( I had no choice because compounding pharmacy was needed for the prescription) traffic down NW expressway is hellish read more

Don't be put off by shorter hours than the big chains. You get excellent service, actual caring staff who take good care of your prescriptions. They offer delivery, which was a life-saver when I was laid up this year. They have called me with questions, given good advice, and the staff are always friendly. read more

My elderly parents go to United at least weekly. The staff there is so helpful and kind, even giving my mom samples of a cream to help with her very painful shingles. They're a no-frills pharmacy, but they do carry a good amount of whatever you might need pharmaceutically, as well as medical equipment, greeting cards, gift cards, etc. They also offer a delivery service within the boundaries of their area. read more

The employees are completely incompetent and rude. I have literally never been treated so horribly by "professionals." In the year that we've been using United Discount there have been numerous occasions where we were either given the wrong information, and/or crappy customer service. As a result, there were a couple times that we went without our medication for a day because of error on their end. After a year of putting up with this I respectfully complained to the manager and was told to take my business elsewhere if I was not pleased. Not even an apology. read more

i have never met such a rude pharmacy staff. the woman behind the counter screwed up my insurance coverage on the prescription i was filling. instead of being nice and courteous about it as most businesses would, she insisted on arguing with me about the insurance and date i had used it last. i was on the phone at the counter trying to figure out the insurance and payment, and this woman kept grabbing the prescription bag with my meds in it and kept inching it away from me. as if she thought i was going to snatch up the prescription bag and run out the front door with it without paying. even though the pharmacy has all my information and doctor's name. i have never been so insulted by people who are supposed to be professionals. i will never go back there. i would suggest no one else go there either unless you want tons of problems and a long wait. they also have barely anything stocked on their shelves and a very small selection of over the counter medications. i only rated one star because yelp doesn't give the option to give an establishment no stars. i will never go back. read more
