Very friendly and they always know my name when I only come in once a month. I like this clinic because it always in and out quickly. I don't have to wait long to get checked up. They also take Medi-Cal too so that's a very big plus. It's hard to find a really good clinic and good doctor that takes Medi-Cal so I am very grateful to Omni Family Health at this location. The place is very clean. Big parking lot. The lobby has a lot of spacious with chairs. Besides that I love this clinic and I don't mind driving 30 mins for my appointment because I enjoy the ride and I know I'll go there happy and leave the clinic happy.

Apparantly they'll send someone out because the person who was taking the test isn't there at the time. Waited until 15 mins, by now it's 1:45 and I had called the call center again. Finally someone came out. Apparantly she stated I am parking in the wrong stall. YET, my car was in front of both offices front door and either one of them came out. I was finally about to leave at 2. Keep in mind, I've been in the parking lot since 1:10pm!! So much for them waiting you to arrive 15 mins early, yet I made sure to be early because I did not want to run into this issue and they couldn't even get me taken care of in time for being the only vehicle!!!!
