For a cheap gas place, they seem to hold onto great staff. The cashier has always been nice and they consistently are clean. They do all people to distance and wear a mask. Thank you! Gas pump never have printer paper every single time I go to fill up my tank I have to go inside to ask for the receipt, takes long time. I stopped by here the other night to fill up on gas as I was driving from Echo Park to the South Bay. This station is by far one of the cleanest and well stocked in this part of Los Angeles. They are very well lit, so you don't have to worry for safety at nighttime. I stopped by get an iced tea for the road home. The place was air conditioned, and clean. The patrons were mostly local hipsters, and a bit of Dodger fans stopping to fill up after the game The attendant manning the place was pretty cool. Wow!!! I cannot believe what disrespect I just experienced. I walked inside to purchase some gas and a few snacks. A young man named Justin was behind the counter and was supposed to help me out. This is where my worst gas station experience happened. There must have been some misunderstanding, but after calling Justin out for disrespecting me by giving me attitude, I was refused further service. I am usually a level headed guy but have never been treated so poorly, although I am not sure if he was trying to impress the girl inside the room or what, but this type of behavior has never happened in my life so it was shocking and I'm still trying to figure it out. Don't stop, don't pass go, don't collect the abuse this place can heap on you. I live a block away, so my wife and I come in frequently for gas, smokes, and the whatnots. Then I go in, order a couple packs of Parliaments and some other stuff. If you haven't been there, they have the bulletproof screen so everything goes through a little slot. They process me and push the smokes through the slot with the receipt wrapped around the packs. I pick it up and head out. I get LITERALLY one step out the glass doors, and unwrap the smokes to see they're the wrong brand. No biggie right? NOOO WRONG SUCKER! I go back 15 seconds later and they tell me that their policy is they won't exchange them if I walk out. A little moron pow wow in the back and they decide as a group, yes this is the way to treat a local, regular customer. Rude and crappy about it too. Not even sorry, just "Hey, go F yourself and your smokes" attitude. Summary: 1. They screw up order. 2. They obscure the order when presenting the product. 3. 15 seconds is too long to have possessed those items to correct their own error. 4. Be rude and nasty about the whole thing. It feels sort of weird to write a Yelp review for a gas station, but, here goes. For a gas station, it has ambiance! Really! It's painted with pretty blue colors and I'd even go so far as to say it's noticeable from the road. One doesn't really notice most gas stations, usually, right? Also, this gas station is clean. They keep it in nice shape. The window washers aren't falling apart and they don't smell like piss. There's no greasy sheen on the number pads. They have a little mini mart. You'd think that this Urasawa of gas stations would also be the most expensive in the neighborhood, right? WRONG. It is by far, the cheapest. I'm giving this place 2 stars for convenience and cheap gas. The service really needs improvement though. One time while filling up my tank, the pump failed to stop and gas overflowed on my car and splashed me a bit. Luckily I was in close proximity and shut it off myself. Who knows how much gas spilled on the floor. I spoke to an employee about it and he said that the same thing has happened before... then he stood there to watch the next person fill up their gas like I was lying. If I could give zero stars I would. Erica on the register stole money from me then I asked for a refund and she refused. I wanted $20 in gas and it went to wrong pump instead of refunding me she took the money. After I said I will be writing on yelp so people know they told me they were out of gas. I then saw others around me pumping. I go to this gas station everyday. This girl has been consistently rude, but I always brushed it off. This crossed the line. Awful customer service! I always go to this Gas Station since it opened. I had not reviewed it before but I felt today it definitely needed a HIGH 5 stars!! I was running late like always this morning and my red light was on so I definitely needed to get gas since I had to travel to Glendale for work. I had a $100 which was not my own (since I had to deposit to a friends account but had failed to so the day before) I had NO CASH OR money in my account since my Paycheck was not IN MY ACCOUNT as expected this morning. So with only a $100 bill I decided to only put $10 worth of gas. The CLERK at the station told me he could not accept it because I would take all his change and he just started his shift, as I pleaded with him that I needed to get to work and on time to just please give me dimes, nickels, it didnt matter but I needed Gas. He stated how sorry he was but he could not. This sweet old lady pleaded to help me out and I pleaded with him too again and finally we convinced him and he gave me dollar coins, a roll of quarters and such bills. I was so grateful for his compassion and his willingness because I was getting ready to leave crying. Five stars for a gas station? Yep. This is a really awesome gas station, right in between Silverlake and Echo Park. I don't remember this being here before, or maybe it was recently re-done. Either way, it is without a doubt the prettiest gas station I've ever visited. First, the digital sign is easy to see on a busy stretch of Sunset. All the gas pumps operate quickly. Inside, the friendly attendant greeted me with a smile. The neon-covered walls recalled a sort of mid-century modern concept of the future. The bathrooms were spotless, with auto-flush toilets and quick dryers. When I need to get gas before hopping on the freeway to get home, I will go here. read more

I usually stop by once a week since it's just down the street from work to fill up and he makes it very pleasant to stop by. Becky is an unreasonable employee I was working next-door I had a work truck with Work supplies Becky ran out and asked me if I was working at the gas station I replied no I'm working next-door I'm just unloading some supplies Becky says this is for customer parking only I told her OK I'll come in and I'll buy something and I asked if I can unload my truck Becky reply was that customers only get three minutes I told her that would be no problem I'll have my guys come out and unload the truck and I will move it right after Becky told me you know I can refuse your service you.
