We met with another high level attorney (one who sues other Trust attorneys) who reviewed the handling of that Trust for any malfeasance or substandard practices. But mom didn't feel comfortable with her and waited too long to act. Then she found Linda. Linda picked up the pieces, straightened matters out as best as possible at that late date, and, for the first time in years, my mom felt relieved.
