Couldn't get online or transfer my files from my old PC to the new one. I gave up and hired a company to set it thinking I had lost it. (my mind) $80 I learn that my problem is that Win 11 OS was a "HACKED" copy. There for you can't load any up on it. Thankfully Amazon is taking care of it... I bought this computer system from United PC Tek. Free shipping and fast delivery. They answered all my questions the next day. (I like that) My computer was from Dell. It is Windows 10. My monitor was from Samsung. The monitor is a 22 inch. The picture is perfect. This is the BEST computer system I have ever used. I have used computers for over 35 years. (My first computer was a TRS-80) This was a refurbished system. Everything looked brand new. The package was heavy-duty, double wall, corrugated cardboard box. The delivery lady had to use a cart to take it to my room. It was so heavy. It took no time at all to install my system. Everything worked the very first time. I had this about 2 months. When a PC "tek" doesn't know the difference between a USB reading error and a graphics card, or the formatting of a wide screen monitor, I would say this is the reason why the store is called "tek" and not "tech." start to finish my experience has been a nightmare and cost me triple what their old (probably stolen) PC did. I'm still waiting on my refund which I have a feeling will turn into an Attorney General or BBB claim because that's how incompetent they are and how little faith I have in them pressing a "refund" button. Been dealing with Nick since he went into the business. He gets it right the first time in the time he says at the price he says. No surprises and he does go above and beyond! We've never had an issue. Before the gaming computers we'd buy our kids their computers there. I'm not usually fond of anything refurbished, but will always go to Nick if we're in need of a newer pc or laptop. I took my dell Latitude laptop on Thusday United Pc Tek, that I use for my business, my kid broke my screen and I need the laptop for over the weekend, I called few places around and I was told it will take a week to order the screen and have it repaired, I stopped by United PC Tek that I done business with in the past and I told them if I can have ready over the weekend, Nick told me that he will have it ready by next business day, I got a call next day to let me know that my laptop is repaired and ready for pickup, I wish I can give this place more than 5 stars. read more

I had the blue screen of death on my laptop and I freaked out because a had a zoom meeting in the next 5 hours, I stopped by at their shop and I was told it will be 24 to 48 hours but I explained to them that I need it sooner and I will pay extra, I got a call from Nick with an hour to tell me that it will be done before my zoom meeting and there will not any additional rush fee. This was a life saver and I can't stress enough how important this was to me and thankful for their service. read more

I bought a used Dell Optiplex from UPTS months ago. I was shipped FAST. It works fine. I removed the side panel to check the fan and to see if there was dust inside. There was none. I am very happy with my purchase. I don't understand why UPTS has such poor ratings on Yelp. Its rating on Ebay is better than 98%. I wonder if there are one or two disgruntled customers who have opened multiple accounts. read more

I have had many issues with my Dell Inspiron 13, having to replace the charger and the screen to name a few. Nick and the rest of the staff were extremely professional and helpful. Even though it was difficult, they were ale to find a replacement screen. They check for over temp issues , installed a thermal unit they also saved my old files from a bad hard drive and installed a new Solid State Drive and a windows 10 operating system they did stop working on my computer until it was fixed properly read more
