It's worth the side trip. A couple of things to watch out for. Do NOT park on the side of the building. That is not part of the travel plaza, and the signage is not very good. I parked there, came out 10 minutes later, and I was hooked up to a tow truck. I had to pay the guy $150 so he wouldn't tow my vehicle away. A total rip off. The other thing, is that the gas prices here are pretty high. That's because they know they are going to get the people returning rental cars, who forgot to fill up the car off of the airport property where the prices are reasonable. If necessary, demand a full corporate compliance audit complete with employee login logs, transaction timestamps, and surveillance footage from that shift so these faceless hacks can finally be identified and held accountable for their pathetic display of incompetence.
