Please do not waste your time in making an appointment for the COVID vaccine. A few weeks ago, I made appointment through the Walgreens app for the COVID vaccine. The process was fairly easy. The app was set for both vaccine appointments with the dates and times. My first "appointment" went smooth - although the was no regards given to time of appointment. The "appointment" for the second shot did not go as smooth as the first. The "line" to check-in with someone at the COVID vaccine counter was loosely formed by previous customers. I joined to line awaiting my turn to check-in. A male person walks in asks the person behind me in line: "Is this where you go if you're getting the second shot?" The female person behind was unsure. The male goes to the counter and repeats his question. Apparently, the intake person tells the male person to wait "over there" (seated area) to be seen next. Now, with this is mind, there are several people waiting in line to be seen - some for the first dose, some for the second dose, some with appointments, and make walk-ins. Ergo, this person skipped all persons waiting to attended to by the permission of the intake person behind the counter. This did not sit right me as I am next to be serviced. As I get to the counter, the intake person tells me that I am not next and that the male person is ahead of me. I explained that I was actually standing in line with said "appointment" previous to the male person. The intake person and I exchanged heated words for less than a minute. There is an additional person behind the counter. He appeared to be the one to administer said. He decides to chime in and states: "But there are walk-ins." I told him to use that same energy to organize the "line" and not to interject, if he was not going to help. The intake person conceded. I was next to have the second shot - or so I thought. I waited an additional fifteen minutes. The tech comes out and - once again - calls for the male person who came in AFTER me. At this point, I made my way in search of a store manager. I explained the situation to the store manager. We walked back to the pharmacy area. Manager speaks with tech. Manager apologies. I accept. Tech apologies several times. I completed the vaccination. Why does it have to go to this level of absurdity? Several factors come to mind: (1) Although, the store located in an area of white-collar workers with median income ~$82,000 - it's predominately people of color, (2) alpha male energy thinking they can speak to someone any kind of way without regard, and (3) lack of effective communication skills. The pharmacy techs need a bit more direction on how to organize the area for COVID vaccinations and working with the public. read more

On May 17, 2026, the lazy and incompetent clowns at this pharmacy waited until after they'd already given a two-hour pickup window to finally bother checking the shelf, then immediately canceled and denied the prescription like spineless amateurs. Blatant cowards. They then flatly refused to provide the name of the so-called 'pharmacist' or any of the dispensing staff on duty. These cowards actively hide behind anonymity because they know exactly how negligent and unprofessional their behavior was and are terrified of facing any consequences for their denial of care. If necessary, demand a full corporate compliance audit complete with employee login logs, transaction timestamps, and surveillance footage from that shift so these faceless hacks can finally be identified and held accountable for their pathetic display of incompetence. Luckily there is a drunk that hangs outside the store named Benjamin, often providing interesting stories. If you don't mind the smell, he's quite the riot. Update. Benjamin is not a drunk. Not because an establishment is opened means they're operating effectively. Proximity also doesn't always translate into convenience. Keep in mind this rating is for the pharmacy not the grab and go store experience. On this particular evening l, I can see 8 active pharmacy/ techs working the general rx pick up area. On average, each patron was spending about 10-15 mins troubleshooting a pickup. Why??? Overall, it took me 47 mins to get to the counter and even then, something their robo call said was ready, still took me another 17 mins. Just about all the patrons could be heard engaging with them about access to either the proper pricing or item. I don't get it. I had a scheduled colonoscopy. My Dr office called in the solution on Monday. They told me it would be ready Thursday at 8 AM. I go to pick it 8 PM, just to be sure. Not only is it not ready, they're then communicating that I have to wait for it. 40 mins later is when I received it. Honestly, at some point we have to be more demanding about the businesses operate in our neighborhoods. This is ridiculous! Personally, they'll never get the pleasure of my business moving forward. As far as I'm concerned, we can close it and bring another merchant. Absolute trash. read more

pharmacy takes forever. The ladies working behind the counter act as if you are beneath them for just asking a question about your prescription or the insurance. They need to all be retrained on how to deal with people. read more

I picked up a FedEx package from here because the carrier made no attempts to drop off the package at a reasonable hour. Instead I had to trek it to this abomination of a Walgreens. The employees are disgraceful. The employee that I encountered never greeted me, never made eye contact, nor did he fix his lips to ask me if I needed help with anything. Well that's strike one. Customer service training is needed ASAP. He motioned to me what he needed which ended up being strike two. He walked away to retrieve my package which took nearly 15 minutes. I made it my business not to help him as he did to me. I watched him grow frustrated looking for a package that was actually an envelope (insert wicked witch laugh here). Strike three occurred when he walked over with a smug look and tried to rush the process. He tried shoving the envelope in my hands which I decided to snatch away from him. The lines are looong ( the back length of the store) for the pharmacy. The employees behind the pharmacy counter have limited accurate information and the pharmacist doesn't seem to care. Sadly this is a community of elderly people and working class individuals and it's time they do something about this issue. Thankfully I have options so I will be removing my family's medication from this location. read more

I'd give it zero stars if I could. This pharmacy is terrible. They almost never answer the phone. It rings for a long time and someone will pickup the phone and put you right back on hold without saying anything Or hang up. I've even called for my patients using the physicians office line and STILL could not get through. They rarely have my medication ready when I get there. The line is always to the back of the store. The parking lot is usually packed. read more

This Walgreens is definitely a go to spot for me .its 24 hours which is a plus for me ,because I have a new born son ,just in case he runs out of baby formula, I can just head up to this particular Walgreens even if it is after midnight .The staff always seems courteous and friendly. Poor ass customer service in the pharmacy department. My prescription was sent in around 3pm. You would think that they would have reached out to me because my medicine wasn't in stock, but they did not. They at first told me I could have my prescription sent to another pharmacy which turned out to be false! Then after going back and fourth they tell me that they have my medicine.. ALL OF A SUDDEN?? So now after 4 hours I come in to pick up my medicine, they start by saying that they don't have it. After I stayed that ONE OF THEIR SERVICE AGENTS told me on the phone that they had it, they looked again and told me they have an alternative, give them 20 minutes.. So I give them 30 minutes for them to then tell me they they aren't able to change it, I have to contact my doctor. WHY ON GODS GREEN EARTH COULD THIS NOT HAVE BEEN COMMUNICATED HOURS AGO???! Absolutely horrible they sent my medication to to another state and it was picked up by someone and they charged me. When I called to find out where my medication was the girl who answered asked me what do you want? Extremely rude. How do you send someone's medication to another god damn state and then tell the person they need to call that state to figure it out. The staff is horrible and rude. I had to cancel my card because they let someone steal my medication. DO NOT SEND YOUR MEDICATION TO THIS PLACE !!. It's best to pick up your prescription early like 6am, otherwise you will be in line for a very long time like the other reviews mentioned and don't even think that you can get info on your drugs. The employees will just send you to the consultation window where no one ever acknowledges you . This Walgreens is very well organized, and has everything that meets my needs. I recently went there for some Halloween decor for my house, and they had everything I want. It is not my first time coming to this one, however when I do come, it is usually very busy and if it is not so busy, they always have an outrageous line. Sometimes all according to what time it is, you may meet a begger outside making it a bit uncomfortable. read more

You can call the pharmacy 4 hours ahead, you come in to pick up your medication It will not be ready. when you get here, you will wait another 30 mins in the line and 1 hour for them you fill everything. Even though they told you 4 hours ago it will be ready in 90 minutes. They need to provide better service, because they collecting your insurance money and co-payment. read more

Most stores get better after complaints. This one is worse. The check out lines are to long. Employees give you attitudes. If you do not want do your job stay your ass home. If having a bad day and are upset call out and stay your ass home. I like to say employees are a reflection of managenent. Management her in pharmacy and store is horrible. Instead of people complaining to each other in line use your smartphone send a twit or fb message to Walgreens or call them. The customer service at this Walgreens is sub par. To be put on hold six times and then on the seventh pick up still nobody wanted to help. I think I'm gonna try CVS next time. Not to mention the prescription was supposed to be filled for Saturday today's Monday. read more

If you are thinking about getting your vaccination at this location, I suggest that you find a better place to go. The staff is very unprofessional and rude. I was very nervous when I went to get my first shot and the horrible experience did not calm my nerves. I am definitely going somewhere else to get my second dose. read more

This is a very unprofessional pharamacy! Pharmacist spent an hour and half meanwhile she told me it will only take 30 mins for the meds to be picked up and to top it off my baby had fever! If you have too go to another pharmacy please do! read more

I was at wagereen again tonight and the experience was not good the line was extremely long and this Walgreen is a lucrative store for most customers and there are not many workers at this time between 11 p.m. and 12 a.m. it took at least 10 minutes on the line and that is not good most customers wish that the service would be better read more

Simply put, dont waste your time coming here. It's disorganized and you most likely won't find what your looking for. If your lucky enough to find what your looking for , you won't find someone to ring you up. And if you do find someone to ring you up, get prepared to stand on a painfully long line. Everytime I go to get or drop off a Rx the line is crazy long. They make you wait in one line to drop off and pick up with i think is foolishness. I like that it's 24 hours so I tend to go back for Rx really late to avoid waiting forever in line. read more

Have been to this Walgreen's several times, the only good thing I can say is that it's open 24 hours. The staff members here have horrible attitudes (suggestion if you don't like servicing the public I suggests another line of work). This also applies to the pharmacist's, their attitudes leave a lot to be desired. The lines are always too long which means this store is understaffed. We have complained to corporate but nothing has changed. if you are feeling unwell and need your meds along with a little compassion....do not step a foot into this store. I've been going to this place for years & they use to be so efficient. Never a long wait. In & out in 10 min. Courteous staff. This last year has been a nightmare. It must be under new management. The staff is terrible they offer no help. The pharmacy is ridiculous and sad. The wait to pick up medicine is disgusting. Recently I decided to go early in the morning to pick up my meds and beat the rush. Well! I get there and to my surprise there was only 1 person on line. Yaaay right! Wrong.
