The car is an older 2006 Nissan Sentra and i was worried that the damage might be more than what the car is worth. That scared me because thats our only running vehicle at the time, but he worked with and now we're able to get it back. The most frustrating part is I left him a list and ask him to call me when he got to the shop so I could clarify what I wanted done, which he didn't because "he didn't have time." Just not a whole lot of respect for a new customer. He doesn't work on tires or underneath the dashes which were not communicated to me beforehand. He changed the oil and the serpentine belt when it didn't even need it. For charging 100 dollars an hour for service that was unwarranted, I wouldn't reccomend creech auto.

My boyfriend showed him a picture of the plug and the guy told him the plug was wrong. He convinced my boyfriend to buy totally wrong bulbs because he said he was right. No return policy was mentioned. We took them home and took them out of the package to put them in and they were in fact wrong. We immediately brought them back and they YELLED at us saying he told us that we couldn't return them, when he never did. When we tried to reason with him he continued to yell at us like we were idiots. We just want our money back and now we're driving to Lawrenceburg to return them. Very dissatisfied with the service and the way they treat their customers.

We would be driving back from KY to central CO with no brakes. Started looking for a place to purchase the part we needed to fix the issue and came across Trailer Parts & Sales in Lawrenceburg, KY. Alicia said she had the part, and went out of her way to find and obtain a person to fix the brakes for us the next day, on Saturday, when most shops were closed. We went by the next morning to pick up the part, and a gentleman named Gaylord said to hold on while he checked something. A simple fuse was the problem! He fixed it in about 5 minutes and we were on the road home again. Everyone at this company went above and beyond and I couldn't be more thankful!!!
