They were so nice to us and walked us through the whole process. I think we paid 50.00 if that and soon enough we were moved into our new home and returned the truck before they closed . I definitely recommend this location and you may even see them dancing when you come back to return your rental !

The guy they call Moe, was extremely helpful and very kind. But he failed to tell us ahead of time that we didn't need the wiring before going through with the sale. When we tried to fix it, after 15 minutes, we gave up. I'm a little irritated that we had to keep the wiring and could not get our $15 or so back. If we weren't leaving yesterday afternoon it's the trailer, we would have stayed that much longer. So now we have $15 wiring that we might be able to get $5 back in re-selling it. Not only did we double check with the pictures online, we took our own pictures of the trailer. It worked for what we needed it for. We've never used U-HAUL before; but next time, we will remember not to get the extra wiring kit. And other than that, everyone was really nice and professional.

Al was able to look at my 04 Trailblazer the next day. He called to say he'd determined the problem was electrical, rather than transmission-related. (In my book, "electrical" is the SECOND scariest word in car repair.) He explained in detail how long he would spend looking for the wiry, sparky culprit, how much it would cost, and when he would stop to review with me what he'd found and if I wanted to continue if it couldn't be fixed quickly. Later in the day, he called to say that the problem was fixed and that it had been so straightforward, I'd only be charged the labor fee he'd quoted me earlier in the day! Now--I know I got away with a small bill, which alone would make me happy. But Al was extremely up-front with me about cost and time, was sensitive to my concerns about both, and (most importantly) did NOT take advantage of the fact that I was ready to shell out much more to get the problem fixed. I would recommend this shop to anyone, particularly if you have concerns about transmission issues.

A few experiences…read more First: 2007, I bought a car from Green's. It was a great experience all around. From the salesman to financing, the customer service was top-notch. Also 2007, not long after the purchase I hit a deer and took it to Green's garage to be fixed. Another great experience and one that turned me into a lifelong Toyota customer. I won't even consider another brand. Second: 2025: Brakes. After 18 long years of not needing brakes, it was time to utilize Green's garage again. Because of the timespan and not knowing how much of the brake system would need replacing, I didn't want to take my luck taking it to some random garage so I went back to Green's for the work. Some of the parts took an extra day to arrive but not a big deal at all. I had already planned for the few days of repair work wait. They also noticed there were 4 recalls on my car so they took care of those(free of charge). Work completion: The car is like new! No issues at all. Third: 2025: During the brakes incident, I didn't plan to buy a new car anytime soon because I was going to stick with my 2007 until the wheels fell off. For the better part of a year, I had been keeping my eyes peeled for a specific model that I had drove during my Montana trip in 2021. During the brakes incident, I checked Green's certified inventory... and there it was! The exact 2022 model that I drove on that trip! It must be a sign, right? The day I saw the car, I reached out to them to see if it was available, drove down to Lexington, took it for a test drive, got financed, and left with the new car. AGAIN! From the online interaction to the salesman to the loan officer, A+++++ on all accounts. It just further reinforced being a lifelong Toyota customer. Even being in Louisville where we have Toyota dealerships, I'll go well out of my way to do business with Green's in Lexington.
