At the last minute my friends who were originally going to help us move had to work. So we had to…read morerent a moving truck . I called the 800 number and made a reservation (the agent told me we could use a debit card to rent an eco van however when we got there the woman at the desk informed me that it has to be a credit card. Since I didn't bring one I thought we were in between a rock and a hard place however we were able to rent a moving van using just a debit card . They were so nice to us and walked us through the whole process. I think we paid 50.00 if that and soon enough we were moved into our new home and returned the truck before they closed . I definitely recommend this location and you may even see them dancing when you come back to return your rental !

My husband and I went to get a U-Haul trailer and preordered online. We were under the impression…read morethat we needed a ball and wiring, to which we got both. The guy they call Moe, was extremely helpful and very kind. But he failed to tell us ahead of time that we didn't need the wiring before going through with the sale. When we tried to fix it, after 15 minutes, we gave up. I'm a little irritated that we had to keep the wiring and could not get our $15 or so back. If we weren't leaving yesterday afternoon it's the trailer, we would have stayed that much longer. So now we have $15 wiring that we might be able to get $5 back in re-selling it. Not only did we double check with the pictures online, we took our own pictures of the trailer. It worked for what we needed it for. We've never used U-HAUL before; but next time, we will remember not to get the extra wiring kit. And other than that, everyone was really nice and professional.

This was, by far, the worst experience with a local business in Lexington that I have ever had. We…read morewanted three or four items moved (we had done 90% of the move already to our first house), mainly things that were just too heavy for my wife and I to tackle our our own. The appointment was at 10AM and everything was pleasant with a check in the night before up until about 9 the next morning. On our way to meet the truck at our old apartment, we were called by the truck crew and told they would be a half hour to 45 minutes late. This was fine, we needed to pack our own car first anyway. After an hour and a half we called again and were told they had just wrapped up and we're coming directly to us. After 3 hours, we decided to give up mercifully. The crew and dispatch were not picking up their phones. We left messages telling them not to come. At 3 hours and 30 mins, they finally showed up in a truck anyone could rent, with no insignia or sign they worked for a company. They were dressed poorly, were laughing, and as they approached the complex one of the guys was still doing his shorts up and closing his belt. By that point, we had already bitten the bullet and hired Wildcat. I sent them away, and rather than deal with a what I assume is a truly insane refund process, called my credit card company to dispute and remove the charge. Should have read the reviews, this company is a SCAM. Never listening to the person who recommended them again. Also, if they try to say they were never contracted with me, I've taken screenshots of the charges on my credit card that I am disputing and will absolutely go after them. For the love of all that is holy and good in this world, hire literally anyone else for your moving needs. This company continuing to exist while there are many excellent options around the city is an argument against survival of the fittest as a concept.

Absolutely horrible . We hired movers for the first time and the entire experience was treacherous…read more Upon arrival one of the movers "didn't feel well" and "was hungry ". We bought pizzas for them but that didn't help. One mover tried to move everything on his own with a dolly while the other stood around. Afyer watching this for about 45 minutes, myself, girlfriend and our son started moving furniture and boxes OURSELVES!!!! We ended up moving 60-70% of everything!!!! They did not stack anything so we couldn't get everything on the first load which was completely doable if done correctly. Then when we get to the new house, they didn't have the right tools to remove the door so our leather furniture was torn while shoved through. Then the one mover that was participating starting complaining about needing potassium and electrolytes or he couldn't continue , asked us if we had vitamins, wtf. So once again we had to move ourselves. I forgot to mention that once all our furniture was in the truck they decided to have a smoke break IN THE FING TRUCK with all of our furniture in it. We ended up unloading the truck ourselves and asked them to leave. We had to get a Uhaul the next day to finish the move. We tried to talk to management but they avoided our calls and once we did get ahold of them and voiced our complaints, they said they would get back to us but never did and never returned our voicemails. THIS IS A COMPLETE SCAM. We were charged full price, had to do most of the work ourselves and what work they DID do, they damaged our furniture. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, DO NOT TRY AND SAVE A COUPLE HUNDRED DOLLARS LIKE WE DID.......IT WILL COST YOU IN THE LONG RUN. Also, If you do go with them, be prepared to work
