As soon as they were gone, our family room ceiling opened up and gallons of water poured in. The roofing company agreed to replace the flat roof but they did a sloppy job. I had someone on my roof who was screening off areas where critters could access our attic and they told me that flat roof needed to be replaced, sooner than later. I contacted several companies recommended by people on the Nextdoor app. One company came out to give me a quote but never returned my calls. Another company told me they were only doing roof replacements. I appreciated their honesty. I was very specific when I called roofing companies; I didn't need a new roof. One guy came out and told me he could contact my insurance company and tell them my roof had been damaged from a storm. We'd not had any damage to our roof from storms and that's bordering on insurance fraud. I decided to check out Yelp recommendations and saw that Easton had a lot of good reviews. When I called, they were very nice and told me they'd send someone out. The guys from Easton were there on time and they gave me an estimate. The estimate was very reasonable so I called to schedule the repair. The workers were very nice, professional, timely and they were there everyday until it was finished. They cleaned up after the repair so I wasn't finding random pieces of roofing material. Everyone, from the woman who answered the phone to the guys who did the repair was very nice and the whole process was seamless. Easton completed the repair and after years of checking ceilings, I can finally relax. Another contractor I'd used to remodel our house often needed access to the roof. I didn't ask him to check the flat roof but while he was up there, he wanted to check it out. He assured me they'd done a very good job and then asked for their info so he'd have the name of a good roofing company if one of his clients was looking to replace their roof. When an outstanding contractor is impressed with the work done by another company and asking for the company's info, that says a lot. I've reached out to them 4 different times with 4 no call no shows. I recently had their Gutter install walk off the job claiming I needed to have facia replace before he could put on the gutters. Then told premier I canceled not the other way around. Ever other gutter company I've worked with would have replaced the damage and finished the job same day. I'm holding I get my money back. Yes... with premier you have to put half down before they show up. Not the case with most companies. My experience with this company is been really shaky. Tyson is a really nice guy that just doesn't follow though with his promises. Even for a customer that has paid for 62 gutter jobs in the last 5 years. I could only imagine what they would be like for just a "fix my house, my only house" type of customer.

There were some ordering issues with the shutters so the job was delayed to the point I was discouraged and decided to move on to another company. I was very concerned with the lack of communication, but really wanted the roof repaired. Updated: Here we are almost 2 months later. My old shutters were removed by Ben so he could take them into the shop and have the correct size ordered. I haven't heard back from them, so I will look at ordering some new shutters from someone else. My roof also leaked from the storm we had on the 4th of July weekend. It could be from new damage, although the storm wasn't very strong. It could also be water damage from leakage when it took over a month to get a few shingles replaced or from shoddy replacement. Regardless, I am going to seek out a professional roofing company to make the new repairs.

They were professional and did a good job, but over that winter, something happened and the leak started back up again the following spring. They came out and did more sealing around the furnace exhaust pipe and that fixed it. There was no extra charge for coming back. The second leak in my mobile home roof they were able to repair easily in a few minutes. We have had no other leaking in either spot. Ryan has been great to work with in figuring out the problems and what needed to be done. He has been honest and helpful and has explained the what's and why's to fix the problem areas. In the work they have done for me, Ryan shows he cares about doing jobs right, not just put a bandaid on the problem, especially when the problem was created by the things not put down right in the first place by someone else.

We researched roofing companies, and after accepting bids from several, chose Christian Brothers based on their promises of superior work crews, quality materials and workmanship and efficient service. Also of importance to us, was the fact that they are a faith based company. I would really like to post a positive review, but I can only review what our experience was. The materials arrived as scheduled on a Monday and work was to begin the next day. We received a call that it would have to be rescheduled and work would begin on Wednesday. Since most of the neighbors' jobs had already been completed by this point, we knew that it would likely be a 2 to 3 day job. The first crew showed up and worked a partial day on Thursday, no one came on Friday due to a possible threat of rain( which did not happen). Another crew came on Saturday and worked a full day and then came on Sunday and worked an abbreviated day. There was another partial workday on Monday and again Tuesday. On Wednesday the manager came and did a walk-through where it was discovered that there were several major areas of siding damage and two large window screens that were slashed as well as a portion of the roof over the back door that was done so poorly that it needed to be adjusted. To their credit, Christian Brothers agreed to fix the damage. It has now been over two months and the final repairs were finally completed yesterday. We are still finding nails and pieces of shingles throughout the yard and discovered that four of the outdoor landscape lights were also destroyed. I do believe that the materials used were of high-quality, but overall this has been a very disappointing experience, and I can only hope that we are the exception and not the norm
