A little over an hour later I got another notification that it has been marked "returned to sender". I don't live in a gated community, there's no code required to enter anything, and my house is 20 years old so it's not like I'm in a new subdivision or anything. I got off work at 4 PM and went straight to the post office to see what happened. The lady at the desk had me write down my tracking number so she can see which carrier it's on. She informed me it hasn't arrived back at the post office yet, but they should be returning around 5 PM so she'll give me a call when they're back to come pick it up. At 5 PM I get a call from a woman named Patricia Armstrong. She said my package has arrived back at the post office and if I wanted to come pick it up from there then I have to pay a $16 fee. That's double what I paid for shipping originally. So I asked her why my package could not be delivered, and why is there an additional fee for having to use my own gas and vehicle to pick up a package that I already paid for shipping on? I was given no reasoning for their failure to deliver my package, and she said that's the redirection fee if I want to pick it up myself, otherwise they will return it back to sender and I can replace my order and have the new one redelivered. I'm still confused why my order wasn't delivered. I have double checked my address and everything on the order invoice and everything was correct.

This is a convenient location, but it is always very understaffed. On the past several visits,…read morethere has been trash everywhere inside the building that starts flowing out to the parking lot. There is always a long line of people and, every time i have gone, only one person working. If you have to label a package or get taping supplies or boxing supplies, you look like you are cutting the line and some of the people actually get angry thinking you're doing just that. The room is extremely small, so while you're trying to do the label, you're up against a bunch of other people. On my last visit, I just needed to drop a package in the mail - it was also stamped and labeled. There is no express package drop in the building. I would have had to wait behind 13 people to drop it off. Needless to say, i walked out and just mailed it the next week when I went to another location.
