As someone who has worked customer service for 15+ years, I like to always give the benefit of doubt. I've never EVER reviewed any person or business. When I have a negative experience, I ask myself: "Did I catch them at a bad time?" Or "Is my negative experience clouded by my own mindset?," Etc. With that said, I'm shocked by how rude I was just treated here! Sometimes people (customers) just need a little guidance- and may I say that a little kindness goes a long way? No hello, no goodbye. No smile. Then I get yelled at! Yikes! With that, I still tried to be kind and say thank you. On the bright side, the staff were laughing and smiling with other customers, so perhaps they were selectively rude to me. I certainly hope so! I will avoid this location for good. read more

I live in Avon Lake so this is my USPS of choice. Always parking and never a long line. The employees are friendly. Office hours are a bit odd but it's government run. read more
