There's signs stating not to leave UPS packages in mailroom, packages are to be delivered to tenants door. The mailroom is a unsafe location for packages. I had two very expensive packages that were left in mailroom stolen. I have called UPS main office to file a complaint. This carrier came from the UPS 68 Street, Cleveland Ohio location. The management office and tenants are very frustrated with driver not delivering packages to tenants doors. We hope this problem has been solved since proper notification was made to UPS authorities.
