And after reading other reviews, I see there is no sense in me going to the current Strongsville postmaster with these complaints as I do not believe they will be addressed. Maybe it's just an automatic system that hangs up after too many rings. But that's just terrible service at this point. I was trying to avoid going in to ask a simple question, so I guess I'll just choose another location. According to their tracking, my package arrived at their Middleburg Hts location on June 6 at 3:18pm. It was scheduled for delivery on July1, didn't arrive. Their tracking said it was rescheduled for July2, didn't arrive. Tracking then said rescheduled for July 3. I checked tracking one more time to see if anything has changed again. Sure enough it said it was rescheduled for July 6. Within an hour after the reschedule email stating July 6 the package arrived damaged on July 3. Does anyone know what they're doing at UPS? I quit using UPS for deliveries many years ago because of these types of problems. Unfortunately Walmart still uses them. Now I have to go through a return/claim process which is another nightmare with UPS

John has always taken care of my package drop offs and when I needed something packaged. The prices are a bit much but the same from store to store and I have even tried the nearby FedEx Kinkos and they have similar results - although I end up waiting longer there. Yesterday John took my package gave me a receipt and I was out in under 5 minutes. I will say often its just timing, as I was heading to the car three others were arriving with several packages. The service here has been good and I will continue to use this location for my UPS needs. Thank you John for the great service over the years.

Staff would always restrain kids for no reason and often injure kids in the process. They would laugh when kids would throw up from anxiety or stomach pain after, There was a staff member named Alex who once broke a girls ribs and it was hushed up. I didn't say anything at the time, because I thought it was what I deserved. The staff member were mean and petty. Living there was a total nightmare. I'm doing better now for people who care.
