And they even manage to remain pleasant despite cranky customers. I just wanted to put this review in because I think people only tend to write reviews when they are very angry and something has gone wrong. With the thousands and thousands of items they manage on a daily basis, I am pretty impressed with how smoothly the service goes most of the time.

Checks I sent for mortgage, utilities, etc. are never delivered resulting in late fees to me. Happens repeatedly! 2. They steal packages - where else do they go - to the dead package office? Error after error trying to submit claims because they don't want to pay for all the lost packages. Broken equipment, run down appearance and multiple complaints go unanswered. 5. VERY POOR WORKERS - accounts for all the above problems. 6. For example: we went to this store to purchase a Whalen Table which they did not have in stock. So she ordered it from a different store location and had it for us the following day. She took time in teaching and showing me Easy Rewards program so that customer can earn points on purchases and those points can be redeemed for dollars off. Because of her I was able to earned $49 and used that money the next day to purchase K cup coffee which she informed me it's currently on sale today. In all my years going to Staples no employee has ever taken the time to educate me about this loyalty program. In addition she showed me how to earned bonus points on the 3 most frequently purchased categories. I was so happy! I vote for her to be employee of the month for being so friendly and empathetic .
