It's almost as if they intentionally deliver every single package to one house in our neighborhood and is expecting that homeowner to deliver all of the mis-delivered packages to the rest of our neighborhood. Ridiculous! Here is his photo from a screenshot that I took from my camera footage. Here, he is delivering my 'neighbors' package to 'my' house. He also left the package in the driveway instead of leaving it on my covered front porch or my covered side porch where I have a package delivery box. At this point, I don't think retraining would help. He should be fired. Where do they find these people??? People should stop using FedEx and make them suffer the consequences of hiring lazy, incompetent people just to have a warm body and prompt them to start hiring people again who will actually do the job they were hired to do and do it right. Be the solution, not the problem! And if you are this delivery driver and you are seeing this, SHAME ON YOU SIR!!! Or if you know this guy, tell him to DO BETTER!!! They mark up their prices quite a bit. I just recently shipped a package and the cheapest was FedEx, or so they said and it was 37.15 to ship. I checked online through FedEx exclusively and it was $15.18 to ship. So just over a 20$ markup to basically print a label. Also they don't print the labels while you are there, they say they will email it to you, however I never got an email, so I called to get the tracking number and the woman who answered was rude at first and huffed and puffed a few times while I explained I never got an email and just needed the tracking number. She finally gave it to me after she found me name and didn't mention an email so I'm not sure how that works or if they just misspelled my name. Overall I would go back to Goin Postal if I provided my own label as a drop off. If not, I would rather drive the extra 10 miles and drop off at a different location. Not worth the price.

She took time in teaching and showing me Easy Rewards program so that customer can earn points on purchases and those points can be redeemed for dollars off. Because of her I was able to earned $49 and used that money the next day to purchase K cup coffee which she informed me it's currently on sale today. In all my years going to Staples no employee has ever taken the time to educate me about this loyalty program.
