Immediately call and they said they would call the driver to have him drive back around the development. Apparently, that is impossible to do!! Next 2 attempts with 3 and 4 days from now during the day when we have jobs and are working. ONLY thing they can do is hold it at their facility 5 cities away!! NEVER using or ordering from ANYBODY that uses FedEx Shipping again!! UPS and USPS use much more courteous people that like doing their jobs and way friendlier as well!!

I visited the store to have documents notarized as it could not be done at my local bank. BETH did a superb job of assisting and was warm throughout the interaction. When I tried to wrap up my transaction by handing her my item for shipment she barely made her way back over to the station she was helping me at from engaging in a full blown conversation with a coworker. If I didn't know better I'd thought I was a bother to all and not a customer. The location is convenient and if that was not the case I can't see why anyone would want to even enter the doors. The value of items and services offered is as to be expected for a package shipment store.
