I had a very unfortunate interaction here with an employee named Tony…read more Tony was all smiles with the young lady in front of me, but when it was my turn I could literally, visibly see his attitude change. I guess my "How's it going!" Was too much for him. Tony then asks if I need a receipt. I say "Yeah I'll need the tracking number." Been in the post office a thousand times. Tony looks at me like I've got 3 heads and says, "...well the tracking number is on the receipt. So do you need a receipt?" And he said in a very specific tone. I'm not stupid. That and his derisive little laugh were enough to tell me this guy just wanted to be a prick. Everything about his demeanor was confrontational and petty. So at the end I get my receipt (you know, the thing with my tracking number) and I ask for his name. And I say, "Tony, your customer service could use some work." And "You take care now" loudly over my shoulder as I got on with the rest of my wonderful day. I hear him yelling things like "Don't fall down now" and "Don't get hit by a truck" as I'm walking out the door to the rest of my bullsh*t-free day. I just hope nothing happens to those packages because I will immediately blame Tony.

Somewhat slow and understaffed at times? Yes. But nonetheless they get the job done and millions of parcels where they need to go. On my most recent visit, I was sending off a holiday package to my husband's parents in the UK. You'd think by now I'd have figured out how to correctly write their foreign address, but somehow I always mess it up. That being said, the woman working the post office counter was most certainly friendly and helpful. Oh and not at all irritated with me even though I needed to correct it... three times (*insert palm-to-head emoji*). Bummer you can't track USPS packages to England for some reason, so here's to hoping it arrives! Convenient location, super easy parking. Count on me to return.

Well, lemme tell ya. +Parking. They have a full blown parking lot and I've never failed to secure a good spot. +Like many post offices (but not all!), they have the electronic postal station where you can do anything from mailing a package to purchasing stamps quickly and easily. +Friendly and efficient postal workers. If you do happen to need human help, their workers work quickly, keeping the line moving at a nice clip. Plus, they're friendly to boot! The question is never if they can do it, but can I wait a couple minutes. I think they do a great job for several reasons: the staff are smart and service oriented, they are well trained and well managed, and they clearly operate as a team.
