Came in today since I got off of work early and my order to hold my mail was never turned in. Don't know what is going on in this place. Seems like they are understaffed or just lazy. The lady that helped me Last time was the older Asian lady which you can hardly understand. She was doing like 3 things at one time when she was trying to help me and still messed everything up. There were hardly any customers there but there were 4-5 employees. I walked in and asked an older Asian lady about what would be the best way to go about shipping she mentioned several options and instructed me on how to package. When I finished I got in line and a younger woman attended me, I explained what her co-worker had told me and which option I wanted; she said those options are not available and gave me two more options. I explained to her they were important documents and needed them to get there safely. She charged me around $7 took the envelope and told me I was good. I asked for a receipt and she said it will take max 2 weeks. I called several times asking for an update and no one ever answered. 3 months later and my envelope just arrived. But hey it at least it arrived I was already thinking on the hassle I was going to go through if it was lost. Definitely recommend doing your research before going.

The temporary repair will probably last a few more weeks. It's already coming apart best solution would be to repave entire parking area and entrance . The drive-through mailboxes are still closed, due to continued vandalism. I parked and went in, waited in a short line before I handed my letters to Frank the friendly clerk at the front counter my mail was in good hands. I asked him about the drive-through mailboxes and he said he doesn't know when they'll be repaired or replaced, What a shame, Frank was very informative professional The post office inside is nice and clean shiny floors and it wasn't busy, which is always a surprise. I don't need it Sunday and they obviously don't want to deliver it on Sundays but when they pull this little move it delays the actual delivery almost a week. Somebody needs to do something about it. Everyone that lives here in Copper Creek off Taft Highway our mailboxes have been broken into. Time after time something needs to be done. I came in requesting service that I had previsouly confirmed was allowed according to the information posted on the official USPS website, however the staff refused to assist me. Both Stacey and Laura were dismissive and spoke to me in a very unprofessional manner. They didn't appreciate that I called their unprofessionalism out and then labeled my request as suspicious, this was done on purpose; this came off as retaliatory and inappropriate. I'm sharing this to bring the situation to the attention of USPS management and to inform other customers. Situations like this reflect poorly on the organization and I hope steps are taken to ensure all customers are treated with professionalism.

I have sent hundreds of Overnight envelopes and always had a good experience. I had a very serious problem with my address being wrong @ the SCE office and SCE would not accept the fact that I lived on Drive, not Road, and the lady at the USPS wrote an official confirmation that I was at DR. not Rd. she was the only person that would/could help. These workers at the USPS are hard working kind dilligent people, give them a smile and 5 stars!
