Came in today since I got off of work early and my order to hold my mail was never turned in. Don't know what is going on in this place. Seems like they are understaffed or just lazy. The lady that helped me Last time was the older Asian lady which you can hardly understand. She was doing like 3 things at one time when she was trying to help me and still messed everything up. There were hardly any customers there but there were 4-5 employees. I walked in and asked an older Asian lady about what would be the best way to go about shipping she mentioned several options and instructed me on how to package. When I finished I got in line and a younger woman attended me, I explained what her co-worker had told me and which option I wanted; she said those options are not available and gave me two more options. I explained to her they were important documents and needed them to get there safely. She charged me around $7 took the envelope and told me I was good. I asked for a receipt and she said it will take max 2 weeks. I called several times asking for an update and no one ever answered. 3 months later and my envelope just arrived. But hey it at least it arrived I was already thinking on the hassle I was going to go through if it was lost. Definitely recommend doing your research before going.

Wrong I had upfront parking no waiting and Frank smiled and asked how he could help me as I walked up. I told Frank I needed to get this shipped up north. He looked at the rates three day or ground. I chose ground super good price. He made the label stuck it on my package and we were done. It took all of 12 minutes. The post office was clean as a whistle all the staff were smiling great experience. It was so nice to see the post office not jammed with people and the staff working like crazy trying to take care of them all.

Either extend your hours or be closed on Saturday and Sunday that's ridiculous. I miss the mark by 30 minutes because of my job and now I can't ship out until Monday but then again I have my own job as well that conflicts with post office hours, so I might lose a sale because of this.

They're not breaking into it so someone there at the postmaster has a key and is going around breaking into all the can't we have individual mailboxes in the front of our homes? This is ridiculous. Somebody needs to do something about it. Everyone that lives here in Copper Creek off Taft Highway our mailboxes have been broken into. Time after time something needs to be done. She was amazingly kind and patient with this man who was continually making mistakes. She was so helpful to him. I just wanted her to double check my application before I sent it in. She gave me a very valuable piece of info. You should receive your new passport before you get your old one back. If you receive the old one but not the new one it has probably been lost and you need to contact the agency immediately. The entire staff here is very helpful.

You can make a Saturday appointment for a passport. Call at 8:30 on Monday morning to schedule an appointment for Saturday. Not wanting to drive to central Bakersfield, Pegasus, or even by CSUB I quickly searched for nearby US Post Offices. There was one right off the 58! It was an easy find off the freeway and parking was plentiful. I looked for a drive-thru drop off and none was available. There was one located right by the entrance. But not knowing the safety and security of the area I opted to get it scanned inside. There was only one other person in front of me and three total workers behind the desks. I only waited about 2 minutes and the gentleman that helped me was quite pleasant. He even noticed I wasn't from around the area and we made small talk. It was nice to have such a pleasant interaction! In less than 5 minutes I was back in my car and on the road home. Overall, my experience was five stars. Knocking one based on the curb appeal. The overgrown dead grass in the front really makes it look run down and vacant. I'll definitely remember this easily accessible spot for the future.

Went today to send off three packages, only ended sending one as the shipping label thing I had was…read moreacting up. But the worker was very rude, I apologized for that as I know it's probably annoying to waste your time with one person and they don't even end up sending it off. What I got was a nasty stare and no reply. Then she put the shipping label on the wrong package despite me clearly stating which one to put it on. And instead of apologizing she tried blaming it on me saying that I made the mistake. Even though the person beside me also heard me say which package very clearly. Then when we asked if they would replace the packaging she ruined by putting the shipping label on it and ripping off part of it she said no and to buy another if it bothers me so much. Very bad customer service and experience and hope to not see her again. I ask or hope that she can be fired or at least corrected for her behavior.

His name was Gary and he was very nice. Usually postal workers are mean and overwhelmed (imo), but he was nice and did his job well. I wasn't expecting him or any of the workers to go above and beyond their usual tasks, but he did suggest I take a picture of my receipt which contained the tracking number in case I lose the hard copy. I thought that was pretty cool of him. Anyway good stuff!

She was very patient and guided them perfectly through the process. Also thankful that there were seats available for them to sit while they waited. I was attended by a white Caucasian lady, mid conversation Arlene rudely interrupts & with a scolding tone asks where I got the envelope from. What I took from her approach was she assumed I had grabbed the envelope from the card rack without paying for it. I understand some customers are hectic to deal with but if Arlene had not been on her phone when I entered she would have noticed I already had the envelope. To ensure Arlene was not intentionally being rude & only inquiring about the envelope, before leaving I turned back & took out an old envelope I needed to throw away & asked if she had a trash can I could use. Arlene did not look at me or respond to my question rather just pointed at the trash bin behind her desk which was completely out of my reach. The Caucasian lady then reached over & took the old envelope to throw away for me. Arlene then in a snarky voice said she had wanted me to aim & throw as if it were a basketball hoop. I found this whole interaction with Arlene rude. The place is big & clean but for my peace of mind I will not be coming back to this post office.
