One ongoing issue is delayed package scanning. When packages are dropped off here, they are not always scanned promptly. In some cases, it has taken 3 to 5 days for a package to be scanned into the system, which should not happen. Additionally, mail hold requests are not consistently followed. Even when a formal hold is submitted, carriers do not always adhere to it. The carriers may still continue to deliver mail daily. I have been using this location for a long time, and it has had the same issues for many years. Other locations in the area seem more reliable.
