This is the most reliable UPS Store I've ever had to work with. I've been coming here for almost 2 years, and for multiple reasons I've been going there a lot in the past few weeks, and the service is always on-point. The staff is attentive and are adept at providing good info. As this location gets very busy, that's saying a lot. I just got some very important papers notarized there, and as my bank doesn't even do this I'm glad this store has that option. The young man who notarized my documents was on-point. When I signed up for mailbox service several years ago it was a nightmare!! I paid extra for a service not offered. Even though you can access your mail 24 hours with a PIN, you can't access your packages. So the extra fee for the PIN and access to my packages was a waste of time. I have FedEx and UPS accounts and when I have a package delivered to The UPS Store more than 90% of the time The FedEx Store does not let me know when my package(s) arrive. So if I'm not alerted by FedEx or UPS, I would not know if my package(s) are there. And when I enquire why I was not alerted, I hear the same excuse.."Someone mislabeled the package." In regards to the employees, it's a hit-and-miss who is working for that particular day. In my opinion, many of them are not very friendly and could care less about your concerns. I understand you can't please everyone but a good attitude determines your altitude in life. read more

I'll change my rating when they call us back. They were always wonderful in the past, but we called May 15th 2025 and they were supposed to send our mail and it never showed up, they never charged us for it. I've called 100 times since then and sent multiple emails, my husband has even resorted to scheduling notary appointment with 'please call us' in the notes. I've called every 800 number and tried to get help in every way possible. The thought of my family having to drive from Kentucky to collect our mail makes me really upset. I may have hit the store at the perfect time but today's visit was by far the easiest in and out experienceI have ever heard at a UPS store. I was quickly greeted by a friendly customer service clerk who quickly took care of my packaging needs. I was in and out and on my way with other weekend chores. The Forest Drive location is conveniently located next to grocery stores and restaurants to make this an easy visit that can be added to your route. read more

The cashier refused to take my package and stated it was for FedEx although the shipping label clearly stated UPS. I left the store and went to FedEx who then told me it was a UPS return and printed the label (for free) placed it on the box for me. Just a lot of back and forth with a heavy package; just very dissatisfied with UPS in Forest Acres. read more

Store staff were helpful in getting my labels reprinted so that my Amazon returns were sent on time.

I was trying to complete an amazing return and had two big boxes. The employees present were not helpful in assisting me with the return. They were not able to answer my questions or even provide assistance and did not even seem interested in providing service. I ended up just leaving. read more

The staff are always so helpful. Especially when they take it upon themselves to offer a more cost effective shipping option.

They lose stuff and they aren't too eager to find it. We have a business mailbox there and I added the mail forwarding service. Was expecting two checks and never received them. The store did receive them as they were signed for. Called the store asking where the forwarded mail was. They say it was sent but have not received it. They looked around and found one check in the dead letter file. Not sure what it was doing in there. They promised to look for the other check and send what they had overnight to me. Today I called and the mail has yet to be sent to me and they haven't found the second check. The store is disorganized and they will promise to do something and don't. Other outlets may be better so shop it but avoid this store. read more

I just spent 15 minutes in line for them to scan my return code from Amazon. Then she said their internet wasn't working well and they were unable to do Amazon returns. Really?!? "You can try and come back later and see if it's working ". I don't think so! read more

I just needed to drop off a package and ask a question. I waited for over 20 minutes in line. I was not told thanks for waiting or told that I'd be taken care of soon. I was not the only one waiting. There were 5 people behind me with some waiting outside. Do not come here if you are in a hurry. read more

Long line , three people in Store two of them are doing nothing wonderful miss trying to help a lady can't figure out how to run the machine nobody is coming to help her she won't tell anybody to come out and help her standing there for 10 minutes like I said when other people are in the store it's unfair to the lady I didn't know what she was doing but she also took her 10 minutes to Ask for someone to help her this is one of the slowest stores around and also the busiest but they can't get it down to do it the right way read more
