When she did wear one it was WAY too big and ill-fitting to the point of uselessness. When I spoke to the manager Chelsea on the phone, she told me that nothing could be done, no one could make them wear masks and non-masked people could not be separated from the public and then it was, "if you're that scared, then stay home." I had already explained I usually print postage online but had no option today. No concern that 150,000 Americans are dead and the post office lobby was full of seniors today. No concern for public or employee health. Just attitude.

Very often discount doesn't even cover the shipping which is definitely inflated and costs a fortune if you need to return something. Beware of electronics. I bought a Tracphone with assurances that both the company and HSN would stand behind it. Setting up the Tracphone phone took 2 weeks and their customer service was beyond dismail and the response from HSN was that once the purchase was made the company was my only contact for help. A rechargeable battery operated vacuum lasted 2 months. Finally don't expect to use any coupons or "My points." Both are blatant scams since coupons don't work on anything or never show up on your account. Mildly entertaining to watch in a pinch and exercise your will to save your money.
