She provided no information at all and simply told me to stand and wait while continuing to help other people who arrived after me. After waiting for several minutes, I politely asked what I was waiting for and what the next step was. Instead of explaining the process, she became angry, started raising her voice, waving her hands, and speaking to me in a very rude and disrespectful manner. She repeatedly told me to "just wait" without giving any explanation. I had already waited my turn and was simply trying to get the information I came for. Employees who cannot communicate professionally or treat customers with basic respect should not be working in public-facing positions. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have had at a government office.
