We used to live in Fairmont and THIS was the best location to visit. Not super busy. Parking is street only. We still visit this post office pretty much every time we're in Fairmont (1-2x per yr) visiting the in-laws, as I'm always mailing stuff back to Alaska.

He will remind you each and every time to next time change it, even if your address is otherwise. It's incredibly annoying, plus never once been asked to do this elsewhere. But the ladies are pleasant that work the counter!

Saying something bad about your local post office will not change the fact that these are…read moregovernment employees. I recommend if you need to go here but you probably will to get your passport just pick your patience. The gentleman who everyone Ranson raves about on yelp and or Google is not so much as rude as he just doesn't have much of a personality. I didn't really find him to be rude even after I had to wait for him for 10 minutes after his collar told him someone is waiting to get a passport. The customer service is not HORRIBLE just take your patience :)

E and was very very nice and super helpful. I had to renew mines and make sure that it's ready for my cruise this summer! She was awesome I would recommend this place!!
